Our host was very welcoming and communicated excellently throughout our stay. The home is spacious and comfortable; however, the living room is furnished with futons rather than a traditional couch or chairs. The property is located in a large subdivision, and the pool is a community amenity rather than being located at the house itself. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly consider renting this property again for an extended stay in the Midland–Odessa area.

A wonderful guest. He treated the home with great care, followed all house rules, and was very respectful throughout his stay. Communication was easy and pleasant, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would be happy to host him again anytime and warmly recommend him to other hosts.

The listing is not accurate. Not an accurate bed listing and the back yard was dirt. House had no living space seating besides some cheap futon type furniture seating. Bed sheets were dirty and we spent over 400 in bedding just to sleep from Target. Would not recommend this property and we stay at a lot of VRBOs across the country. First truly disappointing property.

First off, the house is very nice and spacious. It’s in a great neighborhood that is nearby nice amenities. We had trouble getting checked in, I had to reach out to the host for an arrival guide just before arriving. When I got it, the door code was incorrect, it took quite a while to get a response from the host, but once we did, we got right in. Once getting in we realized that the house does NOT have a pool, it has a community pool. All in all, it was a great home, and after check in we were great. I was bummed to find that the pool wasn’t private, but would certainly stay again.
