This four bedroom two bath home is located in North Midland you’re welcome to park in the double garage in the back of the home the fourth bedroom is off the garage detached from the rest of the house there’s large TVs and all the bedrooms as well as in the living room plenty of seating to entertain or enjoy a nice dinner there’s also a covered patio with a TV on it as well enjoy your stay

Family Gathering

We needed a place to call home while in town for a family event. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. Communication from the host was top notch. Overall the house served our needs and would recommend staying here.

Perfect for Our Needs

We came in town for a family event, so we were here to sleep and shower. The home was perfect for what we needed. And we utilized all rooms. For the garage bedroom, we picked up an additional fan and extension cord/power strip. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. We would stay again. Thank you!

Convenient location, plenty of space

Steven was very quick to respond and willing to work with us on accommodation adjustments we had to make due to a funeral we were attending. The home itself is very spacious and has lovely decorations. There are some spices if you are looking to cook and plenty of other kitchen items. Very good fence (if you have dogs this is something you may worry about, especially in Midland) with a private patio. We had a concern ending our stay but Steven didn't hesitate to respond and get the situation cleared up. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

NOT a four bedroom house


“Four bedroom” is a joke
not even sure how they can claim that as a bedroom??? In the garage, right next to a car with no door
 Different furniture than what’s in the pictures, stains all over the carpet. Floor was gross and made our shoes stick when we walked. Awful smells coming from the kitchen sink. Would not stay here again.

Not ideal

We were unable to use the 4th bedroom in the garage. It was 46 degrees during the day and 33 degrees at night. The heat provided was a plug in heater that in no way could heat the space. We were really disappointed that we had to use the couches for beds.

Midland trip

The house was a good size for our needs. It just needed some TLC. It needs a deep clean. Bathrooms and bedding was good but the tile and carpeting really need to be cleaned. And the back patio was very dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. It would be perfect if housekeeping was better.

Not as expected

The A/C works great & quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy check in & out process (prefer a keypad/keyless entry over physical keys & remotes). In my opinion, the entire house needs major attention to the smell, cleaning (didn't appear to have been cleaned) & the maintenance repairs both inside & outside of the property (for safety).

House was nice and fresh walking in 100+degree weather! This was greatly appreciated. The home was clean neat and organized which made for a wonderful visit. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Spacious and beautifully decorated, beds are very comfortable, excellent location, upon departure had a little issue with dishwasher/garbage disposal but Steven was quickly to respond and take care of it.

Beautiful home

This property is so beautiful and so comfortable . Our stay here was great. We have stayed in several homes hosted by Steven and not been disappointed. I ALWAYS look for his homes when I come home to visit family. Thanks for always making us feel right at home!! There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds are soooooo comfortable none of us wanted to ever get up
.lol. I give TWO THUMBS UP and highly recommend this property.
