L'endroit contient 2 canapĂ©s confortables avec un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et un four Ă  micro-ondes pour chauffer et stocker toute nourriture que l'on pourrait avoir. Une tĂ©lĂ©vision est fournie pour les divertissements tels que Netflix et une table Ă  manger pour manger. La chambre est assez grande, donc il reste un espace raisonnable, donc elle ne devient pas Ă  l'Ă©troit ou ne se sent pas Ă©touffante. En fait, il est assez spacieux avec un porche, bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de vue. The host was very welcoming. The place was beautifully set up and easy to find. Any issues we saw was immediately addressed by the host.One draw back was the step leading up into the apartment. This should be updated with new paint.

Beautiful home and great location. However, there were not any sheets on the bed or pillows other than the decorative shams which was odd. We noticed the air was having a hard time and it took us all day to realize the windows were left wide open with no screens. Once shut, the air seemed to work perfectly. Everything was clean- but there is little to no counter space. We set a lot of our belongings on the ground d. could be an easy fix by owner to just as a few more furniture pieces. Host was kind and helpful.

Long Island

The property was clean, lots of room, easy parking, good location. We made use of the small refrigerator and freezer. There were even waters and soda in the fridge (were these for us?).I wish the motion light outside the bedroom didnt blink on and off all night. Felt like a disco. Maybe blackout shades?Also need shelf space in the bathroom and better sheets and towels. They were old and thin. Overall, good place.

Beautiful little get away..

Extremely clean, pictures were very accurate I wanted to take the tub home it’s gorgeous!!Property manager made everything available for my parents to have a lovely stay I would definitely use this location again only problem was stairs for seniors was a little difficult other then that

I stayed here while attending events at Stony Brook University and it was convenient and had all of the necessities and some nice extras.

Good service.

Nice seating. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Water provided. Only thing to be aware of is stairs and an over sized tub might be an issue for some seniors.

A lovely home!

We stayed here for a wedding we had over the weekend. Everything was clean, wifi information was readily accessible, and the sheets smelled so good! The living room was so spacious and comfortable!

Not what we expected

First of all, check in was 1pm. The host told us when we arrived we could check in at 4pm. It said king size bed, it was a queen. It said cookware, utensils. We had paper plates and plastic forks, no knives. No cups, no napkins. No hand towels in the bathroom and the outlet didnt work. There were cobwebs in every room. There was ant and roach spray in the drawer in the main room. The outside was not taken care of. The stairs and deck needed a good painting. The weeds in the backyard were up to my knees. The property was not taken care of at all. It was not a good experience and it was very uneventful. Very loud at night. Make sure you know how to work a smart tv or you wont be watching it. I am glad we did. No cable.The host was not helpful at all. Didnt speak good English and asked us to leave if we werent happy. I know the price was very reasonable, but I expected a nicer place .If you are hosting a VRBO, and things are listed on the site, they should be correct. So. who ever stays be prepared.outlet didnwork

Super Easy, Super Comfortable

Listing was as expected. Owner of property made it really easy to access. Refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave was clean. Towels and other toiletries were provided too. Only complaints was there was no creamer provided and bed was squeaky, but those are pretty minuscule details. overall would stay again.

Comfy, cozy, quiet

Clean, cozy little apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. No functional kitchen, just refrigerator and microwave, but we weren't looking for one. Sofa in the living area is surprisingly comfortable to sleep on, in case you need to have an overnight guest. Host replied very fast, but only through VRBO, which was a bit of a hassle for me, since the app wouldn't load properly on my phone (but I will admit that that's not the host's problem). Overall, nice stay, nothing to complain about. Thank you!

Good experience in Long Island

We enjoyed our 2 nights experience at this unit. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the instructions were clear for check-in. It’s perfect for an affordable stay in Long Island and it is close to everything with a short drive. We would have appreciated some hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels and clothes and a blackout curtain in the bedroom because despise the blinds, the light comes in easily at 5 am in the summer. Very quiet neighborhood. We would come back.

Great stay

Everything was great. Nice and clean with helpful amenities. The only thing I suggest is a hand rail for getting out of the tub. The tub looked beautiful but it has taller walls than usual that made it difficult to get out safely. My partner actually fell getting out of the tub and broke her pinky finger. She is a nurse and popped it back in place. She was in discomfort but is doing better now. Other than that I had a very nice stay in a comfortable environment. Thank you for your accommodations.

Nice place

Easy communiction with owner and they are very accommodating. Bed is not a king. The shower is a Taft tub with a hand wand and a place to put it high on the wall. Using it this way did cause water on the floor. I ended up just holding in my hand leaving it in the tub. It worked perfectly, but may not be for all. Close to many places. I definitely would recomend.

Comfortable Stay in Centereach

Great location for us to be at while visiting family in the area with a variety of options for dining or shopping within a 10 minute drive. Comfortable accomodations with spacious rooms that were all very well lit, nice touches like bottled water and sodas in the refrigerator, coffee maker with some coffee available, utensils, napkins, tissues, extra toiletries. Host was exceptionally responsive, even in immediately addressing an issue that could have impacted our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you happen to be in this area.

Not a King Bed

There was a queen instead of a king as advertised. We made do taking turns sleeping on the couch. The apartment is really nice, spacious, bright and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.
