The house is immaculately presented and offers guests all the comforts of home including a stocked fridge filled with complimentary drinks and a fully stocked coffee bar.
Watch the world go by out of the two large bay windows or watch the sunset from your own private balcony. Come and enjoy the Oasis.
The space
This elegant home located on the top floor has been styled and furnished with your comfort in mind. From complimentary snacks, drinks, coffees and even exercise equipment you will feel instantly welcome and looked after.
The spacious master bedroom features a large luxurious king bed with super soft linen, a wall mounted big screen TV, plenty of storage space with dual closets and a large dresser. There is a yoga mat and weights for those that don’t want to miss a workout and there is also a cot available for young families as well as a arm chair by the window.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and also features amazing storage with dual closets and a dresser with a mirror. The lovely light filled room is kept cool in summer with its own AC unit and warm in winter with separate heating.
The main bathroom is bright and spacious with a full size shower/bath, a single vanity and toilet as well as plush white towels for each guest and complimentary bathroom amenities.
Continue down the wide hallway and you will find the elegant open plan living/dining area with two beautiful big bay windows. The two large comfy sofas frame the living area along with a huge TV, perfect for spending the night in watching a movie.
The adjoining dining area features a stately colonial style dining table which comfortably sits 6 people and is the ideal place to enjoy your dinner with views out to the city.
Step through into the sun filled kitchen that has everything you could need to cook up a culinary masterpiece including an oven, stove top, microwave and a full size fridge/freezer stocked with a range of complimentary cold drinks.
Also in the kitchen is the breakfast island bar with stools, the perfect place for a morning coffee or to sit and keep the chef company while they cook away. A coffee machine with an assortment of coffee flavours is also available during your stay as well as a fully stocked fruit bowl.
You have your own private access to the property via the side stairs which lead up to a lovely balcony and double glass entrance doors. To get inside there is an electronic keypad with no need for a key.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire top floor of the house as well as your own private balcony and parking space.
Other things to note
As this is a second floor apartment, we ask that guests as courteous and keep noise levels down from 9pm-7am. There are people living in the first floor......
