Situated in the gated Desert Falls Country Club, this 2BR/2.5BA condo is the perfect choice for your desert vacation. The interior has been completely updated and offers an open-concept floor plan with two suites.

Dine alfresco on the patio. On-site resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with a grill. The sunlit living area features a sectional, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a wine fridge.

The immaculate kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cookware. When it's time to dine, two tables seat a total of 10.

This condo sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A half bath adds convenience.

There is also a pack-n-play available for babies and toddlers located in the closet of the room with the bunk beds. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal on the covered patio.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

Downtown Palm Desert is a mere 10-minute drive from home. Hike and bike at the Homestead Trailhead or Palm Desert Cross. Practice your swing at the prominent golf courses nearby, including Monterey or Rancho Las Palmas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
