best bnb !

I had an amazing stay. This bnb had EVERYTHING you could need for your stay, and the hosts communication was great. Very clean house and was located in an area near lots of food places and grocery stores.

Needed a place that was pet friendly and near the NRG Stadium. Was very nice and had a huge kitchen.

Perfect Family Spot

This beautiful and immaculate home proved to be a perfect spot for our family gathering. The large open area from the kitchen to the dining and living area provided lots of space. We appreciated the comfy sectional sofa where we could all sit and chat, as well as the outside patio. The master bed and bath was huge and nicely decorated. The location of the home gave us quick access to shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent house

This house is comfortable and located in a good neighborhood. The house can easily accomadate 3 families with children, of course only if allowed, as every room offers king bed in master and queen in other 2 rooms with full size bathroom inside each room. The master bedroom is huge enough to have a full size air mattress if needed. The house was very clean, plenty of towels, pillows, did not see blankets other than bed sheets and bed comforter, but we brought our own blankets so it was comfortable. Plenty of kitchen utensils and i loved the built in oven/microwave. Stove top and oven also big enough to cook a big meal with plenty of counter space. The A/C in this house works great and owner kept it at 72, did not need to touch. Home has ceiling fans through out so air ventilation is great. With texas heat we did not really go out on the patio but with cooler weather it can be enjoyable. Owner response was always fast and communication was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Not cleaned well and missing key items

The property was not cleaned well (hairs in the bedding, dead bugs in window sills, etc) and items such as wash cloths, soap for showering, proper sheets for bedding. A ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was about to fall off. No paper towels or other towels in the kitchen. I sent photos to the owner / manager and the bedding was not taken care of, no soap provided, ceiling fan not repaired. The only thing they did was provide hand towels and wash cloths. The owner / manager stated they would refund half the cleaning deposit and the second night of rent as we checked out early due to the poor conditions. Still have not seen that money refunded. I don't think the person operating this property understands what is required to operate a vacation rental.
