Modern and spacious beachfront studio with open concept located at the heart of Isla Verde. One king bed and a twin bed with trundle and one bathroom. Only 5 mins from the airport, direct access to one of the best beaches around, steps from restaurants, bars, night clubs, hotels, casinos, spas, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, water sport rentals and more! The building is gated, has onsite security 24/7, keyless access and free parking. The condo is fully equipped for you to have a SUPERB GETAWAY in paradise with your partner, family and/or friends!

NOTE: There are no doors between the rooms and there is no water view from inside the unit.

Sandra was extremely accommodating. My best friend and I landed a bit early and asked Sandra for some food spots and she answered right away with really great recommendations. The condo was clean, spacious and close to everything! We didn’t have one issue during our entire trip. I will definitely be booking this listing again in the future.

Host was great and condo clean with everything we needed. Definitely an upgrade from last one we left to come to this one. Location was great only downfall is that the coop is close to airport so you can hear planes landing.

Super cozy apartment

Super clean, great option for famlies, location right at the beach and within a few minutes to the airport and mayor tourist attractions/destinations. Just follow the very detailed instructions from the host and that's all you need to enjoy your stay!

Right on the beach. Walking distance to many places this is a perfect little place to get away. You are near the airport so expect to hear planes -but that is true for the big hotels close by as well. Great retreat !

Don’t look anymore!!! This is it!!

This was a very nice and clean apt. The check in process was very specific and an easy. It has everything you might need in the kitchen and stuff you might need at the beach from beach towels to beach chairs. It is in a very convenient location and the parking is also very convenient if you have a rental.

Very Nice Stay on the beach

The property was very clean and Sandra was very helpful. She answered the phone both times I had to call her. The beach is just out the back door of the condo property and is very nice. The only downside is the constant sound from planes taking off on the runway across the street, however, ear plugs were provided. I would definitely recommend.

Nice beach location

Condo unit has all things you would need provided and is in good condition. There is no separate bedrooms, just a bed sort of near the living room and another bed around the corner. The beach in front of the condo is very nice. There is no pool at this location though. The host was extremely helpful and provided good instructions on how to access unit. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is large, fully equipped with snacks. the bed was very comfortable, and the windows opened to let in the heat, which I enjoyed. Bring earplugs if you can't stand air planes, but I live by an airport and it was not a bother. It is just so conveniently located to the airport. Nice job Sandra. Thank you!

Excellent!!!

Property was very clean, had all the commodities to make you feel at home and more. Location is excellent, just steps to the beach and not to far from restaurants, super market and night life. The parking space was a plus with 24 hrs. security. Great communication with Sandra, she was super helpful. Noise from the airport was not an inconvenience. Overall A+...definitely will stay again.

Would Stay Here Again

The unit is clean and cozy. Very nicely decorated and great use of the space. It is very close to the airport so the planes going overhead are really loud. But honestly by the second day we started to get used to it. Plus the host provides ear plugs so it's not a big deal. Sandra is very responsive and her instructions for check in are detailed and extremely helpful.

Great Location

Clean, modern, spacious Studio with everything you could ever need. I thought it was a two bedroom when I booked but it is a studio with two different sleeping locations (no doors to separate) but this was not a problem for us. This place is for you if you are a tourist or do not want to rent a car (many dining, hotel, nightlife, grocery store, casino options are an uber away). Sandra was always available and extremely accomodating. However, this place is not for you if you are a light sleeper. The place is literally accross the street from the airport so bring ear plugs.

Cute apartment with gorgeous relaxing beach

My sis, kids, and I spent a week in PR. Sandra was fantastic - very responsive and gave us a list of things to do/ places to eat. The beds were comfy and her place was very cute. The plane noise did t bother us at all. The only noise that was a bit loud was from the cars going by outside, some with music blasting which made it sound like it was in the room with you. It didn’t really bother us but it could depending if you are a light sleeper. The place was very clean in general. The cookware, however, we had to rewash to use some of. We were able to accomplish whatever we needed though there. Lastly, there wasn’t a double futon bed in the main living area - Just the king bed and the 2 twin beds. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just something to be aware of! Definitely had a great time and comfortable stay though. Again, Sandra was fantastic!

This place was perfect!

This place was in a great location near the airport which made our traveling really easy. Sandra was a great host and went above and beyond to communicate with us about things we needed leading up to our trip. We needed a Pack N Play for our infant, which she ran out and bought for us on very short notice. We didn’t end up needing it at our next location, so it will be available for the next guest who needs it. The apartment was small (as expected in the city) with a great open floor plan and really clean. The place was a bit tucked away so we weren’t sure which building we were going to and we need up needing to call her when we got to the location. She stayed on the phone with us until we got inside, and was incredibly patient and kind. The apartment is in a gated building feeling safe with ample secure parking on site. The building was nicely maintained with nice landscaping outside. Her decor was cute and she added some nice touches such as small shampoos, lotions and candies, which made it feel like a hotel. If you’re looking for a reliable host, we recommend this rental 10/10.

Communication, clean, & reasonably priced!

Definitely 5 star, but I'll start with the two "negatives" to be aware of. The hallway walking in was a bit intimidating as it's dark and not the cleanest. The second is that this is definitely not a "two bedroom" and more like a studio with a wall to separate a bedroom area. Now for the many positives. Aside from the hallway being intimidating, the inside was very clean and comfortable, and we never once felt unsafe. The location was perfect, easily walkable to different areas, restaurants, shops, etc. It was SO convenient to have the laundry available--we brought tide pods with us. There were plenty of dishes and pans to cook your own food if you want, and there's dish soap and sponges to be able to wash them afterward. Sandra, the host, also provides shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower as well. So many VRBOs have extensive lists of check out tasks, and this host did not, which was nice. Yes, the airplanes are loud, but they never bothered us and host left earplugs in case they did. We loved it and will definitely come back. Sandra was extremely responsive and left very detailed check-in instructions, so we had zero problems finding it. Finally, the price is so much more reasonable than many of the hotels in the area. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be staying at this property the next time we're in San Juan!
