Ocean Front Apartment dans le quartier d'Isla Verde.

Nous vous proposons un appartement de plage avec une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an depuis le balcon avant. Ce 2e Ă©tage 2 B et 2 salles de bain est un bel appartement tranquille et aĂ©rĂ© dans une petite rue calme dans un quartier fermĂ©. Il est Ă  quelques pas de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© ouest de la plage d'Isla Verde et d'une crique abritĂ©e. Également Ă  distance de marche de larges plages de sable fin, des magasins, des restaurants et un supermarchĂ©. L'appartement est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© et meublĂ©. Il dispose de deux chambres, dont une grande chambre principale avec un lit king size, une grande salle de bain et un dressing. Chambre A / C mini-split unitĂ©s dans les deux chambres et aussi dans la cuisine / salon. Dans la saison d'hiver plus fraĂźche (novembre - avril), l'appartement est idĂ©al pour simplement ouvrir les doubles portes du salon et profiter de la brise et de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an. De plus, un trĂšs gros avantage pour notre appartement. c'est qu'il a une batterie solaire, donc nous continuons mĂȘme si le rĂ©seau devait tomber. Les autres Ă©quipements comprennent la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et Internet WiFi, et laveuse / sĂ©cheuse dans l'appartement .. Il s'agit d'un appartement non-fumeur. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le balcon ou dans le salon en profitant de la vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an ou asseyez-vous dans le jardin patio ombragĂ©. À seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'aĂ©roport et du vieux San Juan.


Sheltered Cove. : Cette crique abritĂ©e est un excellent endroit pour les petits enfants Ă  jouer dans le sable et les eaux calmes et peu profondes. Il se trouve Ă  quelques pas de l'appartement. Pour descendre plus loin sur la plage oĂč il y a des Ă©tendues de sable plus larges, n'oubliez pas d'apporter de bonnes chaussures de plage pour marcher confortablement sur des rochers le long du chemin. (Si vous souhaitez un plus grand appartement de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain. Consultez notre propriĂ©tĂ© # 938186).

Un endroit idéal pour les gourmets. Dans une courte promenade de l'appartement, vous avez une grande variété d'options de restauration. Il y a des endroits de restauration rapide (Pollo Tropical et le camion El Churry Food et Acai), d'excellentes boulangeries (Panaderia Espana), une excellente cuisine locale, y compris le `` mofongo '' (La Casita), un dßner ouvert 24h / 24 vendant des plats locaux et standard ( Levi's), des pizzerias et d'autres bons restaurants internationaux, notamment des steakhouses argentins, des ceviche japonais, péruvien, italien et chinois. Et si vous avez envie de cuisiner votre propre repas, un supermarché ouvert 24h / 24 est juste en bas de la rue.

Sports nautiques locaux: Pour les plus aventureux, il y a quelques magasins de sports nautiques à distance de marche de l'appartement. Ils offrent du matériel et des excursions de plongée sous-marine et avec tuba, de la planche à voile, du kite voile et du paddle board.
Quelques magasins (Velauno et Beach Cats) proposent des cours ou peuvent vous mettre en contact avec des instructeurs.

Overall a great experience... with the apartment, with the host, with the food, the coffee(!), the sights and the weather! We travelled to John's place in late January and the weather turned out to be perfect all week!The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and well-equipped. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great and central. Ubers arrived in 5 minutes or less!Local restaurants and grocery stores provided excellent food and convenient (on foot) access to provisions.The area is, for the most part, quiet... and very safe. We felt completely at ease walking out for a drink, even late at night.John is an excellent host - friendly and very communicative. He is easily accessible as he lives in another apartment in the small, 4-apartment building.Overall an excellent experience! Thank you John!A quick note:There is a public bench located across the road near the beach, that seems to be a "social hangout" at night. During our stay (one week), there were people out there talking very loudly almost every night - and at all hours - so we couldn't sleep with the windows open in the Master Bedroom (which was such a shame with the ocean right there!), and needed to use white-noise apps to not be disturbed in the night. This isn't something the owner can control, but it is worth mentioning in case there is something that can be done to move that bench somewhere else!Overall though, a perfect stay with a perfect host!

Great location with awesome view

Right on the beach with an amazing view. The mist from the waves breaking on the sea wall makes it to the door when it's high tide. There's a swimming area protected from the waves about 100 yards away. Just far enough to where you don't have to deal with the people coming into the yard. There are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance including a couple right at the start of the driveway. Easy driveway to get in and out of, plenty of room to park. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great. Owners were very friendly and gave a lot of helpful recommendations.

Convenient location. Quick walk to beach. Across street from water, with view from porch/deck/master bedroom. Loved hearing ocean at night from master bedroom. Close to some yummy food trucks, restaurants/coffee shop, groceries, convenience store. Spacious & clean. Host responsive to a few minor issues & provided helpful information @ area (food/activities, etc).

This is your spot!

John hosts an incredible apartment with a gorgeous view of the ocean, coconut palm trees, a beautiful patio, and comfortable air conditioned rooms! The apartment is gated and has walls, with an access gate he will code for you, which made it feel very safe to have our kids walking around. We recommend the Puebla supermarket for affordable groceries, Bistro Cafe for amazing breakfast (large portions), Piñones Beach for kids, and Carolina beach as well. John provides beach items which really enhance your time in the water. Thank you, John, for an amazing stay!

Nice stay in Isla Verde

This is our third time staying at John’s place in Isla Verde. Location is everything. It’s convenient to many restaurants, a grocery store and bakery. Being able to open the door and stare at the beautiful water and have the ocean breeze blow through the house is one of the things I particularly love about this place. The cove beach is a 1 minute walk and is a popular spot for the locals. The rocks provide great protection on windy days and when the surf can be a bit rough on the other surrounding beaches. I took out the masks/snorkel and was surprised to see 5 different species of tropical fish. The house is on backup solar power, so we were not inconvenienced with the recent island wide power outage. The ac units don’t work on the backup power, but it wasn’t terribly hot during our visit so it wasn’t a big deal. The backup power only lasts so long, so the fans and outlets stopped working at 4ish in the morning, but everything powered back up around 9:00 in the morning. As mentioned the locals do like to hang out across the street and it can get a little fragrant at times with medical being legal in PR. The skate park next door has great graffiti and the botanical gardens next to it is great for a nice stroll. The house is stoked with basic amenities.

This apartment was lovely. It is so close to the water, you can feel the ocean spray from the porch. Local access to a neaby beach was very convenient and there are quite a few of food establishments in walking distance.

Great place

This apartment is excellent in so many ways. It’s spacious—two adults and three kids fit in here well. The two bathrooms were key. In unit laundry is an amazing asset and it’s a bonus that there’s a second set of machines in the common space. The location’s proximity to the beach is unparalleled it’s so easy to just pop over to the cove without worrying about parking or Ubers. The compound is super safe, gated etc. It’s a major bonus that there are solar panels so when the electricity goes out this place still has use if everything except AC. Power goes out a lot in Puerto Rico so it’s very key to have solar. The internet was very strong. We were working while there on zoom calls while our kids were on tablets playing games. Internet could support all if it. The place also comes with everything you need. Beach stuff—chairs coolers towels snorkels sand toys. Kitchen is fully stocked with rice cooker blender toaster food processor and relatively nice pots and pans I also really liked that it has some character it’s got original looking fixtures and antique furniture. It’s nice that it’s not all ikea stuff. The outdoor spaces were also wonderful. John is a super attentive but not intrusive host. He’ll make sure you’re safe and all set up while you’re there. It’s a huge asset to have a host that lives on site so they know what’s going on and are there to help if needed.

Great stay!

Had a great trip at this location. Host John was very friendly and gave tips on places to go and see. The location is great, right on the beach and close to ample eating locations and stores. The house is stocked with all that you will need for the beach - towels, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. Overall very clean and spacious. We would definitely return.

One full week with 2 adults and 2 kids.

Well maintained, clean, comfortable, lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen with small selection of spices, stocked bathrooms with towels, washcloth's, soap and shampoo. Landscaping is well maintained. It was great being so close to a calm little beach. The beach is only maybe a 3 minute walk but it’s not right out front. There is a beautiful view of the ocean right out front!

Great place !

We spent a week here with friends. John was a wonderful host, He let us check in a little early which was appreciated. He was very communicative and helpful with suggestions of where to eat etc and even brought us some of his own grown and roasted coffee ! The location was perfect right on the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Ocean front beach vacation

Overall a great stay at John's place. 4 of us (all females) in our mid 20s stayed here and felt safe. Location is great to hangout at the beach and San Juan isn't too far away. There isn't much of a 'party' scene this area, which we were okay with. Restaurants on the street near the house were good for the most part. We had a fantastic time, thanks John!

Just Perfect

We loved everything about this place. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The weather was hot but the air conditioning was dependable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all, we were only yards from the beach and a short walk to the sheltered cove where which felt very safe for swimming. I loved watching and hearing the ocean waves right from the apartment. 100% would love to return.

Perfect Spot for the Perfect Vacation

Amazing spot for a family vacation with a beautiful view of the ocean. Beach was walking distance which was a plus. I also enjoyed how conveniently located it was to food spots and any other touristy locations. John was very helpful and responsive with any questions that I had.

Great location!

John was a fantastic host. Three were 2 boogie boards on the property, but John saw that we had 3 kids so he found another one for us even though we did not request it. The property was great and the location was perfect. it was only a few minutes walk to a quite section of the beach with some nice waves. I would definitely recommend John and this property.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable. Great amenities, including washer/dryer in the apartment, boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys. John was an excellent host and very helpful at both check-in and check-out. Location next to the swimming cove was perfect and our kids took full advantage. A couple of great dining places a short walk away - including Bistro Cafe and The New Ceviche. Grocery store close by as well. Would definitely return.

The house is located in a very unique neighborhood. It's a beach area within a short walk to two great beaches. On weekends, plenty of families can be seen walking to enjoy a fun day in the sun and sand. It's urban, with restaurants, a supermarket and clubs nearby. And yet their is plenty of green with palm trees, tropical pines and bougainvillea all around.

This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apt in a small family complex with two other furnished apts available for larger groups. In total there are 5 bedrooms that can be combined for a fun family get together. Our garden patio area is a spacious, breezy part ot the house to relax or plan an outdoor dinner.
