A hidden gem in the center of Nashville. Beautiful former college campus. The description provided by the host is accurate. If you are looking for plush this isn't it. But if clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient location and free parking meets your needs this is place.

We really enjoyed the property, walking distance for coffee. Very quiet and relaxing. Only issue was no dish clothes. Really missed that. Mattress hurt my partners back....only reason we would not go back.

Great location, beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Clean, quiet and Urban Nashville was wonderful to work with. Will stay here again!!

Music City

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to attractions and easy bus access. Hosts were responsive to needs as they arose.

Beautiful property

I stayed here with my friend. We drove down to Nashville from MN. This building was so beautiful and we loved the room. Very close to Hatte B’s ;) We were glad to have a refrigerator as we brought a lot of our own food! It was so easy to communicate with the renters and they were super nice. I would stay here again!

Perfectly Situated

This is a perfect small accommodation for a quick trip to Nashville! We stayed here for 1 night in Nashville prior to traveling to Panama City Beach and it was perfect. 7-10 minute Uber ride with Traffic down to Broadway. No complaints!

Great New Years Trip!

My boyfriend and I visited Nashville for New Year’s and had a great experience staying at this property. Property management was very responsive. Any text I sent I got a response back within 30 minutes! Our suite was clean and just what we needed for our 4 night stay!! It is located in a safe/quiet neighborhood just outside of all Downtown has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute room on campus

As advertised this apartment held everything I needed during my stay for a conference I attended in Nashville. Full sized fridge & stove/oven was available in the unit.

Charming place

The building and campus is beautiful, and the unit was as advertised. Just the size we needed. The refrigerator sounds like a dying animal though and needs to be replaced desperately. And the couch and bed were very uncomfortable.

Superb in every way

Beautiful and quiet location between Music Row and Vanderbilt University, with a 30-40 min walk into the city, this property was a home from home for me. Clean, very comfy bed, hot shower, with a space to relax. Perfectly suited for 1-2 people. Only potential downsides (though they didn't bother me personally) were the lack of light in the room (though this is understandable given the nature of the building, which is as shown) and a loud fan system outside that came on intermittently (not great for light sleepers I imagine). If you're looking to stay somewhere quirky, with real character, whilst also seeking modern amenities, then I would highly recommend. I will definitely choose to stay here for future visits to Nashville.
