This house was not up to the standards for a VRBO rental. The kitchen didn’t have basic items, the bedding was old and needs to be replaced. The outside patio area was dirty, needed cleaning, tree trimming, etc. I asked ahead of time about a grill which they said it had but it was rusty, had a huge hole and was un-usable

The house was great. Only thing is the sliding glass door is really heavy and doesn't have a handle. Will be back next year!

Clean and comfortable!

The house is located in a great area and is very uber friendly. Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to get our Ubers from the house. Close to restaurants and Raymond James we basically did not have to leave the area to have a great weekend. The house was very clean, comfortable and open. Could not ask for a better place for a concert weekend. I will definitely be back!

Timeless Tampa Bungalow

Very comfortable, well-appointed home. Lots of room for a family of four, or two couples. Very quiet neighborhood - which is a plus for any accommodation in Tampa.

Gem in Tampa

This property has many upgrades and amenities and is exceptionally well cared for. Large open kitchen combined with large retreat-like backyard makes it perfect for entertaining a group. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking on an evening stroll. It's also centrally located in Tampa with easy access to the airport and other points of interest.The Keurig has plenty of coffee for you, there is a work station, and the couch is super comfortable.The real selling point of this property are the two bathrooms. MANY upgrades make it feel like you are at a spa. Tile everywhere, recessed shelf with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, and a massive rainforest overhead shower head. I did not want to leave the shower!The only drawback was the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and I couldn't get a good night's sleep until I moved to the couch (which is a dream to sleep on). If you like a hard mattress, this may not be an issue for you.Communication with the property managers is super easy. They are responsive and informative.I highly recommend this property. With what the owners have invested in its upgrades and comfortable amenities, it's a very good value.

Lovely Christmas stay

We recently stayed at this home right after Christmas with our 2 kids and we were blown away by the size and absolute beauty of the home, decor, and environment. All of us had our own bed and plenty of space. The kitchen was large and well stocked. If we'd stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of eating out in the backyard. We've never stayed in a neighborhood where peacocks roamed free! The property is fantasics, neighborhood is safe and quiet, and host was very communicative. 100% recommend and will stay here again.

Tampa Bay Bucs weekend

Great location and great house. Went for a Tampa bay bucs game. Location was amazing. House is clean and comfy. Nice open concept from kitchen to living room. Easy checkin. Only fault was very low water pressure in the master bedroom bath sink. Other than that no complaints! Will definitely go here again.

Lovely home

We spent a girl’s trip in Tampa & stayed in this lovely house. We were very pleased with the location, how easy it was to get into the house, the cleanliness, & the house itself. We would’ve given it a 5/5, however we were a little disappointed to find it lacking in linens & pillows. The beds each had a blanket & two pillows but it would’ve been great to have had a throw blanket or an additional blanket or pillows for someone to lounge on the couch. We also struggled with the water pressure & the water temp not lasting long and not having enough wash rags. Otherwise we would definitely stay again.

Amazing rental

Overall, when me and my group came to the rental we were impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the property. Check in was very easy and stress-free. We were even able to check-in early which was great. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommed to anyone looking for a place to stay while they visit tampa. Overall verg satisfied with our trip!

Great stay

The location was a little out-of-the-way for our needs, but the house had everything we wanted. The water pressure in the master bath could’ve been better but the house was very clean, and the hosts were responsive when we needed additional towels. The kitchen was beautiful though it was not a lot of emo for cooking family meals. It’s easy to just plan accordingly if you don’t mind something a little off the beaten path, this would be a great location for you .

Short Drive

My family booked this property so that we could be close to Busch Gardens. It was nice having a kitchen to have breakfast in before being gone all day. The layout was great and we loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.
