Newport/Middletown Retreat! Walk to beach!

Unwind at Rezzy Rhode for a beautiful New England getaway! This two-family house boasts a modern rustic feel, 1/2 mile from First Beach and a 5 minute drive from downtown Newport guests have the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. The bottom level of this home comes fully equipped with ample parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to lounge/entertain. The place is the entire bottom floor of a two family home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There`s a queen bed in the larger bedroom and a daybed with two twin beds in the other. The living room has a sectional couch with a pullout queen sleeper bed which is brand new and actually quite comfy! There`s a private back patio, large yard, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The house is wired with wi-fi, TV, and there`s plenty of room for parking. The fireplace is for aesthetics only at this time. We hope you enjoy the place as much as we do!
