Overall a clean unit with great views. We love staying at this building. Could use updated living room furniture and mattresses but overall it’s a nice place!

This place was perfect! Easy location to get in and out of, plenty of parking, and a wonderful view form the large balcony! Would definitely stay again!

We come back and stay every year. This year was no different. When we arrived, it was cleaned and ready for us! It was a chilly week but we still enjoyed the view of the ocean and sitting on the beach for a few.

Great stay

The check in process was easy. The communication beforehand was great and instructions were easy to follow. The retro microwave was a hit with my teenagers... lol. The neighborhood was good and the condo was just steps from the beach. The boardwalk was about a 20 minute drive but the municipal parkin fees were reasonable.

Thanks for staying with us and thanks for the great review! It's funny about that microwave, because it is retro and you're not the first person to say teenage kids had fun with it. I think that microwave will still be around 20 years from now. Haha. Glad you guys had a great time and thank you again!

No Pride in Ownership

The owner of this unit has spent $0 on updates and renovation. There is mold in the hallway bathroom, fixtures are broken, there's a hole in the wall, the kitchen overhead light does not work, the beds are like rocks, and the list goes on. The appliances and furniture are all from the 1980's and no effort has gone into decorating. It's old and ugly, we won't be back.

Too Expensive!

I know this unit was beach front and in a good location but the condition of this property is poor. Maintenance and thorough cleaning is needed along with replacing some very worn items. The HVAC filter looks like it has not been replaced in years! The towel racks fell off the wall when a towel was hung on them. One sofa and about 15 upright chairs - not very comfy. I would not rent this place again.

Good location, on the beach, but poor quality and annoying extras

Good location and communication with the property manager was fine. Had to rent linens and towels, they came packaged but found multiple hairs on them when we opened them up. We were given each one towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth for 5 days. There is a washer and dryer but had to buy detergent. There were only two rolls of toilet paper in the condo for 3 people for 5 days, and barely any soap to wash your hands. Had to go buy those essentials. Could get past the old furnishings which isn’t a big deal. But it was apparent it hasn’t been cared for by the holes in the wall and black (not sure if it was mold or just deteriorating paint in the bathroom and shower).

Hi Jessica, we're sorry that you were not totally satisfied with your experience. However we did talk to you a few different times and you did not mention any of these issues to us. Linens are provided through a third party company and they come in a sealed shrink-wrapped plastic bag. We've never had an issue in the past but if you had it made us aware of this we would gladly have had them send you a new set of linens. As for the toilet paper and soap, we are very clear on our instructions that you bring those things. As a courtesy, which most people appreciate, we leave you a roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper. They are not designed to get you through your entire trip, they are designed simply as a starter package as a courtesy and we are very transparent about this on our website and then our checkout instructions. We are very detailed in our instructions as to what to bring and what you don't need to bring, but unfortunately a lot of people don't bother to read those. Thank you again for staying with us, we appreciate it.
