Located in one of the most beautiful and well-manicured complexes in Cape Canaveral and only 1 block from the beach! After a day on the beach relax in the sparkling pool and grill dinner on the BBQ patio. This condo's backdoor leads directly to the Pool area. This vacation home is fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home and all the beach essentials to live the beach life. A short drive to World Famous Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, the Indian and Banana Rivers, Port Canaveral and a short trip to the Theme Parks in Orlando. Kayaking, Fishing, boating, breathtaking sunsets, rocket launches and year-round Sunshine are just a few things our Beautiful Space Coast has to offer. Community center, Playground and a bike path within walking distance. Need more space for family and friends? We have another condo in the same complex! Message me if you're interested in booking both. On-site laundry room conveniently next-door to this unit.

Great beach! Comfortable accommodations

The proximity to the beach was great. Accommodations we’re comfortable, 8 out of 10. (Always hopeful that we can find a place that has a couple of recliners) Pool area was just right for the cool days. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Quiet time started as soon as the sun went down.

Excellent Host and Location

So close to the beach, comfortable furnishings, everything you need is there. Reserved parking is a few feet from the front door. Just steps to the pool and grilling area, laundry facilities are just outside the back door. Grocery shopping is very close and abundant restaurants. Must try Zarella's Wood Fired Pizza....best pizza we have had in a while.

Great location/Clean condo complex

Great location. Laundry room out of order for almost 2 weeks. After speaking with many other "snowbirds", I would not rent same place again. Other people paid much less! Too many added fees in VRBO. Would definitely stay again at same place if it were less expensive.

Bike, walk or a short drive to nearby restaurants, the Beaches, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Community Center @ Canaveral City Park includes a playground, fitness center and much more or ride to Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Cove in Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center or take a kayak or boat tour on the Banana River.

Recently remodeled condo on the 1st floor with private patio space, backdoor to the pool area, front row assigned parking in front of the condo and only 1 block from the beach.
