Beautiful adobe style architecture with park like setting within 10 minute walk to downtown. Downstairs of this home offers an open and bright space with the kitchen, dining, and living room combined. Includes granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry throughout the home. Downstairs you'll also find a bathroom with shower, a large laundry room and pantry. Upstairs features 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master includes king bed with two sink master bath. Down the hall features shared bathroom with two sinks. Second bedroom features bunk bed with two full-sized beds on the top and bottom bunk and a pullout couch-bed. Third bedroom contains queen bed along with an office space. Common area of second floor includes another pullout couch-bed. Loads of square footage - approx 2500. Exterior surveillance devices monitor both the front and rear entry points of the property.

Wonderful getaway

We loved staying in Deva's home for our month long visit to Durango. The location was perfect. Just a short drive and you can experience all that downtown has to offer, yet far enough to feel like you are away from it all. The proximity to hiking, fishing, and exploring other towns was terrific. Check out Durango Hotsprings, it was really beautiful and not crowded at all the morning that we went. Dinner on the back patio with a glass of wine was the perfect way to end our busy days. We look forward to returning next year! Thanks again for a wonderful visit! Evelyn and Roger

Terrific location, condo and host

Deva is the best host-responsive and helpful. We completely enjoyed this wonderful condo - so quiet and comfortable. Close to walking paths and downtown. Super comfy beds, lots of room, great kitchen! Highly recommend!

Best VRBO House

Hi have stayed here multiple times now. This is the best VRBO house I have stayed at in all my travels. The house is amazing, the owners are very kind and helpful. Great location, super clean, great communication with owners, great price. If you are staying in the Durango area you have to stay here, you will thank me later.

The Best Rental

Through my work and vacationing I have stayed at a ton of rental homes. This was the best! The house was even better then the pictures showed. The location was great. The host was so kind and friendly. The price was amazing. If you are visiting the Durango area this is the best option hands down. I'm planning on coming back for another work trip and I'm praying this house will be available.

Just Okay

The condo was just okay, location was marginal, lights were almost always needed as it was dark inside, no A/C and only a couple fans. No ceiling fans, air inside was stuffy most times even with windows open. Owner was responsive to needs. Sorry to say but we wouldn't stay there again.

Wonderful Durango Townhome

Pros: Nice, quiet, clean, no through traffic, great water (hot and cold), yard is kept, and the two kids around are extremely pleasant! The owner was helpful and professional the entire stay! Would stay again & definitely recommend!

Gorgeous home and spectacular views

Wow! This property is everything we hoped to find in Durango. Gorgeous views, clean and cozy with all the comforts of home. The location is superb, the kitchen well stocked (we cooked a lot), and the interior is beautiful with large bedrooms and lovely furnishings. The owner is wonderful and took good care of us and the home during several major snow storms. The is the perfect rental for a couple or family !
