Le Stonehouse Loft est un tout nouveau bùtiment, construit à partir de zéro en 2015. Conçu par votre hÎte, avec des plans dessinés par Jess Wilton, un grand architecte local de Durango, il a été construit par des gens (encore votre hÎte!) et pour ceux qui aiment le design moderne. Le loft présente des planchers de béton chauffés par rayonnement partout et une ambiance moderne, lumineuse mais confortable. Situé à un demi pùté de maisons de l'avenue principale dans le centre-ville de Durango, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à tous les magasins, restaurants, galeries et bars en quelques minutes de cet appartement situé au centre. Un lit king size, une belle douche et salle de bain, et une cuisine bien équipée vous offrent le confort et les commodités de la maison. We spent a long 4 day weekend in Durango. This condo was awesome, great location, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was a tad firm our liking, but not terrible. Very clean and has everything you need. No TV was unexpected, but I actually enjoyed not having a TV. We spent time outside enjoying the weather and coffee on the patio.We will be back!

Great location and it was quiet for being downtown. Cute place. Parking is very tight in the provided spot but it was nice to have somewhere to park had we brought a bigger vehicle it would not have fit. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice outdoor seating due to rain but would definitely stay here again for the location.

We enjoyed our stay very much and found the proximity to town one of its best features. We would prefer a more comfortable couch and chair in the living area vs the low back (futon) couch but that was the only negative issue we had. That said, we highly recommend this Durango gem!

Great flat for a couple in a fantastic location. The modern design of the place and the clean esthetic of the decor are on point. The kitchen has all you need but there are many great eateries down the street too.

I moved to Durango right out of high school in 1991. I waited tables at a restaurant for three months before deciding I needed to do more. I went to college, and then lived and worked in NYC for twenty years before finally making it back to Durango in 2010.
I'm an Artist, and a builder, and the Stonehouse Loft gave me the opportunity to bring these two skills together. The Loft is a completely new building which I built from the ground up to be a modern, comfortable and convenient downtown hideaway. I love mountain biking on the trails around town, hiking, backpacking, rafting, and exploring the deserts and mountains with my partner Amber Johnson, a Durango Native (that rare breed!) that i'm lucky enough to share my adventures with.

The Stonehouse Loft is a unique downtown property that is super close to Main Street, but provides a remarkable feeling of seclusion, even in the heart of busy downtown Durango. The Stonehouse Loft is a brand new, energy efficient and modern building with radiant heat, on demand hot water, huge windows with abundant natural light, and an open airy feel. There is a large private patio and garden, which is tucked away behind a fence and deck, but that offers views of the large trees in Buckley Park, right across the street. From the Stonehouse Studio you can walk anywhere you might want to go in downtown Durango. All the best restaurants and shops, galleries, bars and grocery stores are just minutes away on foot. All of the Mountain Biking Trailheads are easily accessed from downtown, and are there are literally hundreds of miles of trails you can access directly from the driveway in just a few minutes ride.
