Clean and comfortable

Lots of room for multiple guests. Nice patio area around the pool to lounge. Large kitchen and plenty of space for meals. Beds were comfortable. Great place to stay over all. Communication was great with the host as well.

Beautiful home!

We rented the home for Christmas and had a fantastic time! Home is surrounded by beautiful scenery and was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Great Lake Getaway

Amazing house (very modern, clean and stocked with amenities) with great proximity to the lake and downtown Austin. Many stores and shops all within 10 minutes. Plenty of privacy as well as outdoor space to relax and enjoy the weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the home is nicely designed and decorated, we were met with very dirty floors, dead insects and dirty dishes in the cabinets and much disappointment.

So PEACEFUL!

Great property to relax! This was definitely a weekend home to disconnect and relax-which is what we did! Property was really clean and had everything for me. Will definitely book again! Host is really responsive as well-which is always a plus!

Amazing Experience

I rented this place for my bachelorette weekend and it was such an amazing vibe. The decor brought cozy to clean modern architecture. I loved it and my guest didn’t want to leave. We had such amazing memories.

Super clean beautiful home

We loved the house. It's extremely clean and there is no clutter. It appears to be new, so everything works perfectly and is in great shape. We could not have been happier with the house and would definitely stay again. Also, the host is very nice and all communications were excellent.

Treetop Gem

This is a beautiful property nestled in the trees of the hill country. The are two primary suites, one on the main floor which helps if any guests prefer not to use stairs. The kitchen, pantry and laundry room are stocked with all the basics. And the plunge pool was a perfect way to end the day after boating on Lake Austin. Was a great escape!

We had an unforgettable time at this sleek, modern house for a little reunion with friends. From the moment we arrived, everyone was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The house is spacious, stylish, and perfect for hosting a group. The pool was a huge hit—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great weather. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, adding to the whole experience. On top of that, the amenities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Amazing modern home

My family (ten of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The space was gorgeous, both indoor and out, and the kitchen contained all the dishes, utensils, and staples we needed to cook a few meals. We loved the pool and the hammock and the nearby walking trail, and there was enough space for all of us to get ready at the same time - we attended a wedding in Hudson Bend. My only suggestion is maybe some more towel hooks in the secondary bathroom upstairs, as there were 5 of us using that one but only two hooks. Wonderful home and host, would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Getaway

This house was wonderful! We came for my daughter's soccer tournament and family vacation. The house was large and spacious and beautifully done. Fit all 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby wonderfully. Every bedroom and bathroom had everything you needed. The kitchen was modern, clean and well stocked. The best thing about the house was the view and quiet. It was so beautiful and a wonderful setting. There are lots of gorgeous views from the patios. The host was incredibly accommodating and anything we asked, they answered and took care of. Thank you so much for a great family getaway. We will be back!

Relaxation and City Fun!

We had a quick trip to Austin and loved this home. The home was true to the pictures if not better! The road leading to the home was beautiful and the views were amazing! Before we even booked the host was super responsive and willing to accommodate a few different request. We had a wide ranges of ages with us and they all enjoyed their stay. The 3 balconies allowed for peaceful coffee drinking with serene views. We did a few touristy things in Austin and the home was very close to Mount Bonell and 360 Bridge. We also did a few things in downtown Austin. The location worked very well for us because we were close enough to downtown but still far enough to not have to worry so much about traffic. The home is also located next to grocery stores and food. This is the perfect vacation sport if you want to relax and still enjoy the city! We will definitely be back.

Great rental near the lake. 30 min Uber from downtown

Great house with greater views. It’s well kept, the kitchen is stocked, bedding and beds were all comfortable. Plenty of sleeping space for 8 adults (4 beds) and two sofa beds. Would stay again.

Great ATX Weekend

Loved this home, it was everything we hoped it would be & have: clean, modern, great floor plan, accommodating to children, great view and location. The owner was very responsive and provided all the information needed for our stay without being prompted. My family looks forward to another stay here in Tye's home or the adjacent home once it is completed!
