Ocean and Pool - First Floor - 2 Units combined

Newly renovated 2 unit cozy condos on the ground floor with adjoining inside door. There are two units which can be rented separately or together. Price is cut in half if renting 1 of the units. There are adjoining doors (which lock) between the two units. One unit offers a 1 bedroom with king bed, and also a pull out full size sleeper couch with full kitchen. The second unit has two queen size beds. The second unit is an efficiency with refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot and also has a waterfall shower. Laundry room on site. Within walking distance to Chases on the Beach, Izzy Ice cream and Tacos, and 7-eleven across the street. This property sleeps up to 8 individuals. (or 4 on each side) Ocean front and door opens to the pool. Best location in town. 2 beach chairs per unit as well as beach towels. The condo does not allow pets. Great location and comfy!

This was a great spot to be able to walk to the beach or be lazy in the condo pool. The grill worked like a charm, and there were some good spots nearby for dining. Definitely a recommend!

Great beach location!

Units were super clean and nicely decorated. Check in was very easy and communication with the host was awesome. Amenities were great as well - had everything we needed from towels, beach chairs, extra linens, coffee pot etc. A perfect spot for a beach getaway!

Perfect Beach Getaway
