When you've had your fill of sun, unwind in front of the living area TV. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private new washer/dryer.

Enjoy easy walking distance to the beach, plus beach chairs and a cart to make your time on the sand even more comfortable. You're also a quick walk to Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach Marina, gulf-front restaurants, and water activities. From Coquina Beach to Bean Point, miles of pristine coastline are yours to explore by car, bike, or golf cart (rental). There's also a ton to explore off the island, with Sarasota and Tampa Bay attractions offering easy day trips. For a true 'taste' of Old Florida, venture across the bridge to explore the Village of Cortez - a working commercial fishing village settled in the 1890s.

Great place for a couple

Went for our baby moon and the place was just what we needed. The washer and dryer comes in handy when you are changing clothes multiple times a day due to the Florida heat!

Comfortable Get Away

Second time staying in this complex. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The unit is great for a couple, easy to access and as described.

Condo stay!

It is a nice property, well kept area! The condo was good have everything we needed for r stay that included a washer and dryer that was great! Are third time there! Just like to a have bigger tv, the one they have there is too small! Loved the king size bed it was very comfortable! Thank you! Will be back!

Just don’t

Honestly feel bad for the owners that I’m leaving this review. Not sure if they know how poorly the property is being managed. Vacasa is aware of all of these issues and no one has reached out about all of the issues I encountered so here goes: 1. Arrived day of and pulled into our reserved covered parking space to look up and the entire ceiling was missing from the unit above it from flooding
 sheet rock fell beside my car when we were standing there. Initially vacasa said “sorry but that is your parking space” After contacting management after a long drive they told me to park uncovered on the side. They acted like they were unaware but found out from the repairmen that both units were owned by the same people and it happened two weeks ago. We were never notified. 2. Unit smelled like mildew. Notified management and they said they would send someone the next day. Day goes by no one does. The send a message again once our ac stops working due to the batteries dying and they finally bring damp rid by and batteries. 3. Day five we run out of toilet paper. Mind you I am talking about the roll that was in the bathroom when we get there. I go to look for a spare roll and there isn’t one. Message vacasa and they say yes we will get someone to handle it. No one comes by. Reach out again and they tell me that I will need to supply any extras
.I pull up the email they sent me which says I should be supplied with two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. My unit was supplied with one roll of toilet paper. After pointing this out the vacasa rep says ok we will have someone bring one by. Did they ever do that? No. Because this property thinks so little of their customers that they will argue with you over a roll of 50 cents toilet paper and then never bring it. Never again. I have rented countless times from other companies never having these issues. Air BnB and VRBO you will always have my business.
