Welcome to THE BEST EVER ! This a custom, gulf front, vacation home that has all of the amenities anyone would need! It is handicap accessible with an elevator. And with all 3 floors, an elevator is a must! This home is right at 5,000 sq ft of living area not to mention the nearly 2,000 sq ft of fully screened deck areas on all 3 floors! This area is known for the sunrises, sunsets, fishing and tranquil feel that everyone needs while relaxing on their vacation!

Excellent beach house for families!

The home was immaculate and perfect for all family members from small children to aging grandparents. The elevator was helpful to get luggage to different levels and for family members with limited mobility. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large families. The kids loved the bunk bed room, toys, and books. The beach front location was perfect and close to the general store and Indian Pass Raw Bar. Rachelle communicated details promptly and was an excellent host. Worth every penny and will definitely come back!

Home is very spacious. Had a couple of glitches with the AC, the cooktop, and a dryer but overall our stay was great. Kitchen is spacious and perfect for my family of 14. The room with two queens upstairs really needs a full bath accessible to it, but we made due. We have been coming to the Mexico Beach and Indian Pass area for over 40 years and this home might be my favorite. The screened porch is the best. Not sure why more homes in the area don’t have one. Will most likely be renting this one again.

Beautiful place

House was great and perfect for two large families to stay together but still feel like each had plenty of space to themselves. House is very well kept and taken care of. Great location.

Perfect for family reunion

House was wonderful for 3 generations staying here. Right on beach with beautiful views. Appreciated how well-equipped the house was -- kitchen supplies/equipment, beach towels, items to use at the beach.

Relaxing stay

My extended family group of 16 had a wonderful week at The Best Ever! Each of our four families had plenty of space to be together as well as time apart. The kitchen worked well for cooking meals, and of course the beach views were spectacular! The kids loved the kayaks. We hope to return someday!

The house was very nice with a lot of nice features. The beach behind the house was perfect for our family with lots of space to enjoy activities on the beach. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet beach setting.

Best Family Spring Break!

We had an amazing and RELAXING Spring Break with our family this year. The house is spectacular and offers the best location for easy beach access. If you are a fan of the beach and Indian Pass Raw Bar, this is the place for you! The hosts were awesome and provided a wealth of information on check-in/out, the house, amenities, and local activities. We are already looking at future dates to return to this location.

The Best Ever Weekend Rental

My family of 16 and I stayed over Labor Day weekend 2023 and had a phenomenal experience. The owner’s communication was superb, the accommodations were top notch, the house was the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and the views of the gulf were breathtaking. The living spaces and kitchen were large and we were able to hang out as a group without feeling crowded. I don’t have anything I’d change about the property and we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing BEACH VACAY

We had a great experience staying at this awesome place. It was clean, perfectly appointed , and very well stocked. The LOCATION…WOW. Room for all of our family. Plenty of parking. Great access and walkways to the beach. Kitchen had plenty of room to work on family gatherings and memories. Porches overlooking the beach we’re fantastic. We loved this place and would come again in a heartbeat!! You can’t go wrong choosing this for your next family vacation💯👍

Best Ever is Truly the Best

This property is incredibly good. The house is exceptional and on a great stretch of beach. All you need at this property are your clothes, food and drink. Everything else it here! Our four families (12 people) had a wonderful time and were spread out on the three stories of livable space. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, play, etc. There is much to do in the area if you seek it out. Also, the owners were very responsive to questions we had before we arrived. We hope to be back some day.

College Friends Annual Vacation

My college friends and I have been doing an annual "family" vacation for almost 10 years and this house was hands down the best rental we have had! Very spacious and well appointed, with special touches that made us feel right at home. There were enough rooms for us to have our own spaces with the main living space large enough for all of us to congregate. The views are amazing and the multiple screened in decks were very pleasant. The extra ice maker and elevator made coolers on the beach a breeze. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large party who are looking for top notch accommodations!

Amazing property!

Within minutes of stepping into this beautiful home, I kept saying over and over, “I am ruined for all other beach houses.” I had two non negotiable requirements for our Holiday home: 1. A working elevator for my handicapped family member. This elevator made getting to the different floors flawlessly easy. It holds a wheelchair and one additional person. 2. A beachfront view. Not only did we get a beachfront view, we got a beachfront view from three different levels of the home. The cat walk on the third floor was ideal for taking photos of the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen alone was spacious enough and so well equipped that four adults could work around each other while making meals. The additional cold beverage coolers in the island are genius. The beautiful artwork that donned the walls, the whimsical sculptures, and the enchanting octopus lamp truly made this house feel like a home. No details were overlooked. I could rave about all of the details that we noticed, but it’s the things we did not have to consider that I appreciated most. I am so used to having to bring personal items to a beach house, such as facial tissue, extra toilet paper, even hand soap. I didn’t have to bring any of those things. This house is very spacious and has so many places for everyone to have some personal time to themselves, to do a puzzle together or to play a game of Uno together. My sister and her husband wanted to have a bonfire on the beach our last afternoon here. They were amazed at the “treasure chest” of beach supplies, toys and camp chairs that they found in the storage area. It’s hard to impress them, but this house did it. Over and over again. My mother didn’t want me to write a review- she wanted to keep this house a secret. This house is too amazing not to share. If you want easy, spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean, this is the house for you. Oh, and last but not least, the home owner was quick to respond to questions regarding the home, even though it was Christmas. Thank you Sells family. Your gorgeous home was the backdrop for a wonderful Christmas for my family. We will never forget it. We will be back, because, like I said, this house has ruined me for all other beach houses.
