Relax in this sunny Florida one-story home with a private fenced backyard and a beautiful Roman-style 15' x 30' pool, perfect for your personal relaxation and family fun. The 1,700 sq ft home has three bedrooms (four beds), two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a kitchen/dining area, a private den/office, and a bright TV/garden room, easily accommodating up to six guests. Enjoy the lush tropical plants and trees that surround the yard, giving you a quiet oasis just minutes from Clearwater's famous beaches, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. Past guests often say how much their children love spending hours in the pool after a day or part of, at the beach. Please note - the pool does not need to be heated from March through November due to the warm temperatures. Often guests swim in February as well.
