Great Stay

I was visiting Sebastian Inlet State Park to photograph wildlife and this was a perfect location right on the beach and close to the park. There is one restaurant within walking distance and several others less than 10 minutes away. Lodging was clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The description of the penthouse was spot on. Once we arrived, all was good right from the get-go. Beginning with the convenience of the dedicated parking, our Host was wonderful and check in was a breeze. Twinzer is a lovely oceanfront apartment, directly on the beach, with views of the Atlantic from every window.It was clean and extremely quiet. The lay out and the furnishings are perfect, and the king mattress is wicked comfortable! (So much so, that now I want to replace my mattress at home)Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was what the Dr ordered. Opening the slider to our own private deck on the ocean, just delightful. We walked the beach daily for miles. The property was well kept and had a positive vibe throughout. Everyone we met was very friendly. Love the good energy.Unfortunately, we had a bad bout of weather during our stay, but the penthouse kept us and cozy and safe, and we then ventured out exploring the area, as well. It is conveniently located to everything, too.We will definitely go back on our next trip to Florida. Thanks for having us, Christy!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful home just step away from the private beach. Scenic relaxing view of the crashing waves. Nicely furnished and amenities covered anything you may need. Will be back again.

Perfect Beach getaway

The space was very clean. The views were even better in person. The weather didn't cooperate, but we were still able to open the blinds and enjoy views of the stormy waves. We will definitely book again.

Fulfilled all that it promised!

This condo had everything one could need. It was immaculate and comfortable. Plenty of space for two. The view of the beach was spectacular, and the beach itself was the best! We were very happy with our two weeks there.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and the view of the ocean was great. My wife had some medical issues that forced to stay longer, and the host was extremely accommodating.

Everything stands out with this property, the host, the environment, the rooms (second stay), and the hospitality of kindness of everyone involved in making that wheel go round. The room is remarkable, clean, spacious, and stocked with just about every appliance, utensil, and linen you could possibly need. The only thing we did when we got there was ran to Publix, which is a few miles up the road, and our vacation began. There's plenty of clothes storage so you can keep your things neat and easily accessible and a washer/dryer onsite. The property is spectacular, and the doors literally open to the ocean. I few steps off the deck, and you're in it. Its also very private and quiet. Just like the last time we stayed, we felt like we were the only people there. Its a fantastic property, the host consistently goes above and beyond and always exceeds our expectations. I cannot recommend this property or the host higher! p.s. This year I saw a turtle!

Exactly as described

The accommodations were just a described and better. The resort has everything you need for a great time on the ocean...beach chairs, towels, games and even sunscreen. Great for large & small groups, adults & kids. Great location and the communication with host was great. After hours, I messaged that I needed batteries for the TV remote and within minutes, a lovely man came to my door with batteries in hand (turns out we did not need batteries...we unplugged the TV). Beds were very comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying at the resort on my next visit to Melbourne Beach.

Will definitely go back!!

I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The pictures of the condo and view are fair representations. It is clean, spacious—for a single like me or for a couple—and has everything you need, including a Keurig, beach towels, and large smart TV’s. The deck and view are incredible. It’s so nice to just open your slider and be at the beach. It’s in a mainly residential area, so the beach was quiet and great for walking. I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler. Christy was awesome…very responsive to any questions I had. There’s a nice game room on the property too, if you have kids or are traveling with others. I can’t wait to go back! Two miscellaneous notes:-Be certain you are able to climb steps with your luggage, as there is no elevator.-If you like ice as much as I do, buy bags or ice cube trays. There is no ice maker in the frig and the commercial-size one in the game room wasn’t operating.
