This 1BR/1BA condo on the eighth floor provides spectacular views of the white sandy beaches from your private balcony, while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Beautifully remodeled with new stainless appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with flatscreen tv; one full bathroom with linens provided; two bunks in the hallway; living room equipped with large flatscreen and sofa sleeper with beautiful views of the beach through the sliding glass doors; kitchen fully equipped with all new stainless appliances including oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, perfect for a night of cooking after a day spent on the beach; Washer and dryer in the unit and Free WIFI throughout

Repeat offender (3rd x)!!This is most definitely my husband and I, home away from home. Bed- 10 out of 10! Shower 10 out of 10! Very fast response time from the owners. We totally enjoyed ourselves, as always .No complaints. Always pleasant.

Beach Vacay with husband

The listing is 100% accurate. The moment I stepped in the cleanliness and smell was wonderful. The view from the 8th floor was amazing. Convenient to everything and the mattress was great. Had a great nights sleep. I will definitely be back and you can tell the Newman's take excellent care of their property. Side Note: The elevators were really fast too LOL.

This property was perfect for our little 3 person group! Perfect views, we saw dolphins 2 of the 4 mornings and close to stores and restaurants! The balcony door is pretty hard to open and close especially from the outside, but that’s the only thing that I could negatively say. We loved that this condo building was smaller than those around us as it didn’t seem to get as crowded. My friend is already talking about wanting to stay in the same place with her daughter next year, so we recommend!

Relaxing Retreat

Just two girlfriends in need of a getaway. Condo was decorated so cute and stocked with everything you’d need. I loved that it’s a smaller complex with less crowds, and the free parking was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. We appreciated that each floor only had 4 units so it didnt seem crowded. Plenty of parking and great access to the beach.

Great week

Everything as expected. The condo was just the space we needed, clean and easy. Went biking every day in the state park virtually across the street and enjoyed an entire week of sun on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Relaxing and Convenient to Beach

The condo was perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend getaway for his birthday. It’s close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We loved getting up and having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Steps away from laying out on the beach was nice for lazy afternoons.

A great Place to Stay

This condo is perfect in every way. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable with all the necessary items and provided an excellent view of the beach and the ocean. The owners, the Newman's, are very nice people. I will definitely stay here again!!

Minnesota Nice

The place was perfect for my wife and myself. Great views from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets. The unit was well stocked and very clean. Any issues were handled immediately by the owner. The elevator was extremely fast going up and down to the 8th floor. The beach sand is white and clean. We did not find many shells if you are into shelling.We did not use the pool or hot tub instead choosing the beach when it was warm enough to be out. No complaints whatsoever.. thank you for a great week.

IN snowbirds

This property was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is located right on the beach and beautiful view from the balcony. You can hear the waves. Had a full size washer and dryer and located close to Walmart.

Amazing condo and property! Well furnished all utensils and plates/pots and pans just like home. Beautiful view of the Gulf and you can see the dolphins without binoculars! Comfy bed too! Highly recommend and we’ll be back! Thanks Newmans!

Perfect for couples

Look
this place is small but it’s honestly perfect for a couple (or a couple and a small child). The location is perfect. The view is perfect. Because it is small, you really don’t have a lot to maintain while you’re there. I have zero complaints.
