This cottage is wonderfully situated in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to butterfly beach. Full of all the amenities you need, very welcoming, well managed with terrific communication. The owners are generous with all the things you need for a complete and quiet stay.

Perfect Get-away

We loved our stay in this cozy bungalow. It was charming and nicely furnished. The private yard and grotto were perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. It was easy walking distance to terrific restaurants and a wonderful bakery called Renaud's as well as the beach path. Lots of little thoughtful touches throughout made our stay so comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

beautiful private cottage in the heart of Montecito

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 day stay. We enjoyed walking around the Lower Village for shopping and great food. It was convenient to drive to many nearby attractions, in Santa Barbara, Los Olivos, etc. The host was thoughtful and communicative by text, and the house was well stocked with everything. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous, seamless stay..

Property was convenient to everything (beach and town), fantastically comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was particularly enjoyable. Communication from Bruce was clear and perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

The property has a great location! It is a great cottage with a beautiful backyard. It even has an office. It is walkable to Montecito. The beach is very close. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place!!

Jewel in Montecito

One of the best little houses I’ve seen. Super functional and organized, great location near beach and beautiful grounds with privacy. Owner could not have been any better. Five stars all around.

Exceptional Rental

The location, the privacy, the bungalow were all fantastic. The pictures were accurate but the place itself was even better in person. The Hosts provided everything we could have needed or wanted throughout the week we spent there. The weather was perfect. Short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. Far and away the best rental we have stayed in. Hope to return!

Wonderful Property!

The Bungalow as just as advertised and was even more private that anticipated! It was cute, clean, great layout, and is in a wonderful location. Bruce and Wanda were great hosts and provided some great local information on places to go, things to do, places to eat, etc.....I'll be back!! :-)

Perfect

I have stayed in a lot of vrbo rentals and this was one of the very best. The house was comfortable, charming and very private. The garden was beautiful, the decor and furnishings were tasteful, and the kitchen had everything we need. The neighborhood was attractive and well cared for. In all, it was just perfect.

It is lovely! Wanda and Bruce have thought of every detail from beach tar removal to fully stocked kitchen. Everything is in place for guests. The home and property are better than the online photos. Comfortably furnished inside and out. The bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to our favorite beaches and Coast Village Road. Light filled home and lovely outside areas for a relaxing vacation. We look forward to coming back!

Great Way to Wrap up Our Southern California Trip

Santa Barbara/Montecito was our last stop on a three-week visit to Southern California, and it proved to be just the place to wind down after spending a week in LA. This house was just perfect for two people, and kudos to our host who did not try to pass it off as two-bedrooms/sleeps six, the way some others do. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the beautiful back yard, which was a perfect way to start our days. The house was well stocked with essential supplies, and we appreciated having a welcome notebook with useful information, rather than having to go online to look for instructions. Overall, an A+ experience. We would happily sign up to come again.
