Located in the heart of Montecito, this newer cottage has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, high end furnishings, comfortable beds with fresh linens, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The bedrooms have comfortable beds (one queen and two twins) with nice linens and plenty of pillows. There is a private patio with a built-in BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. It's an easy 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our group of four. The size is just right, the seating is cozy, the outdoor spaces are great, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We couldn't ask for more. 5 stars all the way!!!!

My favorite property I have stayed in Santa Barbara. I appreciated the very quiet street and peaceful outdoors. The property was in superb condition and so close to my favorite spots like Montecito Coffee Co, the Post, and Montecito Country Mart. I will definitely be coming back!

The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the SB area. Great location...easy access to Montecito; various beaches in Summerland, SB, Montecito, Ledbetter; and Santa Barbara/State St area. Pat was very responsive and an extremely gracious host, making our stay even more enjoyable!

The home was clean, well-lit and private. The kitchen well equipped and very nice. Nice layout and lovely decor made the place a delight to stay at for our destination wedding, just a few miles away. Outdoor seating provided sun and shade and opening up the sliding glass door to the yard along with some windows helped when the weather turned hot. There were plenty of fans as well, though we didn't need them much.One thing to note if you are flying in, the closer stores in the area close earlier than what we were used to. So, plan grocery shopping accordingly. Our flight arrived a little later than anticipated so it made a difference for us to stock food n beverages upon arrival.The host was very good at communicating and offered to come over to help us get settled in, though it wasn't necessary. We discovered some friends were staying at another place just a couple doors down the street, so convenient and fun for us all!

This place is perfect for a stay in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. Quiet neighborhood within a quick drive to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. Comfortable and stylish interiors in open layout with great outdoor patio spaces. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous cottage

Love staying at this cottage. Has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoyed walking to butterfly beach every morning. Can’t wait to visit again.
