Beachfront Townhome 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on Private Beach

Thanks Morgan. Parking is very tight every where on the beach. At least Sanddollar Unit 1 has a wider available space (50% wider) than other Sanddollar units and can reasonably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Right across the street there is a shop with ice cream, coffee and bagged ice. There is also a small convenience store and a bike and cart rental shop. And there is a beach shop - actually 2 beach shops within a short walk. Please do stay with us again when you can. Mike

Thank you Micaela. We would love to have you stay with us again! Mike Manuel

Thanks very much Melissa. Our goal is to have a beach home that helps make family memories by providing a comfortable and first class environment for extended families to make those memories. Please do bring your family back to Sanddollar Unit 1 to make more memories. Thanks, Mike

Thanks very much Chelsee. Please do stay with us again soon. We would love to have you. Our guests really do appreciate the multiple living areas, private balconies, and direct access to our unit’s private beach front. It is the widest (about 45 feet) in the area as we have a pie shaped lot solely dedicated to our guests. And it doesn’t hurt that we are on what many consider the most beautiful white sand beach in America. Thanks again for staying with us, Mike

The beach level rooms open directly to the beach and the dedicated HVAC works hard to manage the humidity from beach proximity. And the comings and goings of “the boys” probably made the job even harder. Thanks for staying with us. Mike

Thanks Kellee. Hope you can vacation with us again. We do provision and furnish our vacation home to the same high standard that we would expect in vacation properties that we stay in. Thanks again, Mike

Thanks April. Our guests do love the beach views from the 2 balconies, one with porch swing, the beach level deck with porch swing and primary bedroom’s sun / sitting room. Thanks for staying with us and booking again for 2026. Mike

Thanks very much Amanda. Please do book with us again. Mike Manuel

Thanks very much for your comments Shannelle. Guests really do appreciate our extra wide private beach access to one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Please do stay with us again, Mike

Stephanie, the couches were not in the pictures on VRBO (they are now) but have been in Sanddollar Unit 1 since April of 2024. So about 70 families have stayed with us since we replaced the couches and you are the first to say anything about them. There are cushions that are internal to the wicker - they are just covered by the wicker and not external. These replaced cloth covered couches which weren't appropriate for the conditions inherent in a beach house (swimsuits, sun screen, etc.). If you look at the furniture in other rentals you will see a predominance of vinyl covered couches. Our couches are the equivalent but covered in the vinyl wicker rather than just vinyl. Thanks for staying with us, Mike

Thanks very much Carrie. Please do stay with us again. Mike
