This is a hidden GEM! Swim away your stress at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Kick back and relax at the oasis pool w bbq grill. Game room. Indian Rock beach only 9 min away. (Heated pool will turn on NOV to MAY) owner discretion due to weather.
Minimum age to rent is 21yrs old (one using credit card holding w Vrbo) garage is game room and office area. Cars will park outside on driveway. Pool is heated during our season months of December 1st to April 1st
Ring security camera ONLY outside front of garage
No cameras inside property or any other area. Come enjoy this home as your own.

Had a great time at Rosie's place! It was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook and also close to many restaurants, while being in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was perfect and only a short drive to beaches.

The house was a great rental. Only disappointment was we were expecting a real pool table not a miniature pool table. Other than that everything was great. Pool was great and the house had everything we needed. House was located close to everything we were doing in Seminole. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful home and pool. Well stocked and supplied for essentials. The host was very friendly and prompt to respond. She replaced the backyard playset just for our booking and contacted me immediately when she noticed I forgot my diamond necklace on the bathroom counter. Very kid friendly home too. My kids loved the game room and all the pool toys that were readily available. Oh and this house has blackout blinds in all the bedroom windows which are phenomenal. 5 stars for sure.

Me and my wife took our 4 teenagers down to Florida for spring training. This house had lots of room for us all. Very clean. The games room was non stop ping pong for us. The pool was very clean and perfect temp. TVs all worked. Even had beach chairs and a cooler supplied which was big because we drove from Ontario and dint have room to pack that stuff. Would go back here for sure

We are so happy that we found this home for our Christmas vacation. Great communication and perfect location. If we weren't at the beach the kids were in the pool, playing in the game room or chasing lizards in the front. Frida's Cafe & Bakery is a great breakfast spot up the road and Thai Bay is a must try. Overall your 20ish minutes in any direction to all the beaches and activities. We've already referred family that's thinking about a Tampa trip to stay here, such a great spot!

Wonderful and Relaxing

Rosie was a wonderful host. The house had everything you could think of and was VERY CLEAN! The pool was beautiful and we were able to relax around it. The game room/office was perfect because my sister and I were able to work while we were there. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was perfect close to the grocery store, restaurants and cafe. It was a very short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater St Pete airport and several other towns nearby. We are already looking forward to next year. I am 61 and stayed the first half of the month with my 88 year old father. After I left my sister and brother-in-law arrived to stay with my Dad. We were able to walk the quiet neighborhood and even to Largo Mall. I highly recommend this rental. Rosie thought of everything.

This home was very nice and exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean. The pool and game room were wonderful additions that we took full advantage of daily. Very close to all kind of food options, shopping, and not far from the beach.We would stay here again.
