The 55-inch flat screen TV with SmartTV, Apple TV and US HDTV Air channels offers HD format. Of course, the villa has wireless high-speed internet with at least 25 MB/s.

The large barbecue gas grill on the terrace leaves nothing to be desired for the grill fan.

A Publix supermarket and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The island (Pine Island) is also only a few minutes' drive away, easily accessible even by bicycle.
