Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is up & coming neighborhood with free parking for one in our garage and another in front of the garage.

Getting Around:
Everything is easily accessible by car or rideshare (Uber, Lyft).

Other Things to Note:
While we do our best to keep the propane tanks full and ready for use for our guests, there is the chance that it was recently emptied. When this is the case, we kindly ask the guest to take the empty propane tank to the nearest gas station to refill the tank, and a reimbursement will be made to the guest.

‱ If you will be using the hot tub, please be sure to place the cover back on when done.

‱ Our jacuzzi tech regularly visits every Monday morning for the hot tub upkeep.

The rental was not cleaned after previous guests checked out. All of the beds and towels were dirty, and we had nowhere to sleep. It took us 4 hours to get an answer from the host regarding clean sheets and towels, but they were still in their packaging in an Amazon box, so not really clean. The internet also did not work for the entire stay because the ethernet port was damaged. The pipes also froze overnight, leaving some toilets unusable.

Could be really nice if the landscaping was takin care of

We went with plans to hang out in the backyard play cornhole, and sit around the fire pit as well as grill dinner. The grill worked perfectly fine, but the grass was shin to knee-deep with weeds and thistles growing like crazy. Definitely hasn’t been mowed in a couple weeks if not a couple months. The first night we got there we asked the homeowner if they could please mow it and they said they would which would’ve made everything 100% better but it was not taken care of. The fire pit does not work. We brought our own propane tank that was brand new. It would stay on for a couple minutes and go off. The inside of the house is very nice but nothing is level or square the floors upstairs are falling apart. If it’s just you and the boys hanging out, the neighborhood is fine but if you are bringing your little kids, I would highly advise against it. All in all it would’ve been a great place to stay if the yard was taken care of!

Do not stay here

We had a horrible experience in this house. The floor upstairs is completely damaged, to the point where you can’t walk barefoot because you will injure yourself. The glasses in the kitchen were all dirty and he was to wash everything again in order to use. The silverware was also dirty and drawers were filthy. Finally location is not good. There is what looks like a crack house right in front and we did not feel safe at all

Very Very Disappointed

Recommended this property be removed from VRBO. Within the first hour my brand new white socks were brown from the dirty floors. As we made our way upstairs most of the flooring was no longer connected and was only sitting on top of the floor. The flooring was uneven, broken, and in pieces throughout the second and third floor. Was not safe to walk on. Seen stains on the curtains and hairs on all the beds. We decided to re-wash the sheets but did not because the large amount of black mold in the washer. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans were very old and dirty and NEED to be replaced. The refrigerator door did not close properly and would stay open. The next morning we figured out 2 of the toilets did not flush. Then found out 2 of the showers upstairs did not work either. As we attempted to turn on the master shower, water began puddling in front of the master bedroom door above the stairs. No idea where the water came from but water should not be puddling anywhere, especially above the stairwell. I was in shock with the large amount of issues in this house. It was very upsetting and just not okay. Sadly it was late and we had no choice but to stay. was able to contact VRBO who was a tremendous help but we both ran into issues contacting the host. This stay was horrendous, like the neighborhood. Spend your money elsewhere I promise this property will not be up to par.

Tough to find. Similar places. No propane for firepit, totally bummed this time of year. Upstairs master flooring was coming up, easy to scrape your foot. Needed a bigger tv in living space for sporting event we were looking for!

Nope!

My family rented this house to bring in the New Year together. The house was big enough with enough beds however it was very dirty. Bring slippers because the floors were gross. Didn't get to use the hot tub the first night because the water was cold and once we figured it out it was afternoon the next day before we were able to use it. The lid was broken so it takes two people to cover it. There were many broken parts (doors, windows, pool table sides, outdoor lights, etc). He took pictures and send them to The Host so they could be fixed for the next renters. They did respond immediately, which was appreciated. The water leaked at night in the master shower and kept waking us up and we had to wash the towels because there weren't enough for all of us. I would not recommend this house and I'm very disappointed as we paid a lot of money to stay for two nights and expected, at the very least, for it to be clean.

Nice house, not a nice neighborhood

Property manager was excellent - I called him immediately when we arrived. This nice house is next door to a burned down house that a homeless lady was sleeping in the yard and what appeared to be homeless people were walking in front of house asking for change as we unpacked our cars. Inside of house was nice ( not very clean from what I saw) but did not appear to be in a safe neighborhood ( we weren’t sure we’d have tires or rims on the car in the morning) After woman yelled at me with all kinds of colorful language because I didn’t give her change
 I called property immediately and he found us another place to stay ( there were 12 of us!) A+ for management but this particular listing shouldn’t be rented without a disclaimer. Definitely not for families, maybe a large group of men

Perfect Family Gathering

We found the accomodations to be clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The huge table allowed our group of ten to eat together. The pool table and hot tub were great additions. This is a very pretty property. We had a great time!

Amazing house, bad neighborhood

We did have a great weekend & the house is amazing. The neighborhood is rough. Our dog escaped under the fence night one, we watched two drug deals take place, the back yard hadn’t been taken care of, holes in and falling down houses all around, people loitering all over, trash & glass all over, and not somewhere we felt safe!
