Welcome to Casa Tortuga! Location, location, location! Palmar is one of the premiere oceanview condominium buildings on the island! Weâre located just 10 min drive from downtown (30 min walk), and public beaches can be reached within a 10 min drive.
The stay of a lifetime awaits you at our beautiful condo. Inside, our kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home with all the appliances youâd need to make a homecooked meal. Our balcony has a private BBQ and overlooks the tennis courts. The king sized bed has new linens and is very comfortable, and there is a Smart TV in the living room. There are two bathrooms- one bathroom (located off the bedroom) features a double vanity sink, toilet, and glass stand up shower (no bathtub). The other is off the main living area also has a toilet, shower, and single vanity; and both come stocked with towels and toiletries- no need to bring your own!
Outside, the complex itself has so many amenities! Cool off in a sparkling shared pool, a hot tub, gym, tennis courts, garden areas, and more!
Please note the pool is out of service until Dec 15, we apologize for any inconvenience.

- The unit cannot be accessed through the elevator, only by the stairs, so unfortunately it is not handicap accessible. You will have to walk up a full flight of stairs to access the unit.
-Please be advised that this is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit itself or on any private balconies. Thank you for your understanding!
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
