Modern & Spacious Edgartown Home with Pool

Enjoy your vacation in this wonderfully charming three bedroom home with an in-ground heated pool. Head to the beach or stay at home and go for a swim in your own backyard. There is plenty of dining room & deck space to entertain. The bike path and bus shuttle are at the end of the road (a two minute walk away). Downtown Edgartown is less than two miles away for you to enjoy shopping and multiple dining choices.

The home was built in 2021 and boasts 2,700 square feet of living space. The first level features an open and well-stocked kitchen with an island and kitchenette table, a cozy living room with gas fireplace, a welcoming dining room, and a half bathroom with washer & dryer. The second level has two spacious bedrooms each with sofas & work stations and en suite full bathrooms, a bunk room with an adjacent full bathroom, and a relaxing media room. The unfinished basement is a secluded spot with ample games to entertain.

The outdoor deck has dining space and a gas grill. The in-ground pool is open and heated during the summer & shoulder seasons, generally early May through early October. An outdoor shower is also available.

The two car garage is available for guests’ use, along with a Tesla charger.

Great Vacation and Beautiful Home

The house is new construction with everything a family would need to have an enjoyable stay. House was very clean and well equipped with tv's in almost every room, large dining spaces indoors and out for families and larger groups. The pool was lovely and enjoyable at all hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful getaway to the Vineyard and really enjoyed this beautiful home in Edgartown! The house was very clean, and had all the amenities of a great family vacation home. The communication with the property manager was excellent! We highly recommend this lovely home!

Wonderful Weekend

The house was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! The pool and backyard were lovely. The house had everything we needed, and it wasn’t far from Edgartown and Oak Bluffs to go explore. It was the perfect setting for a girls weekend, and our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard! Definitely recommend!

What a House!

We had a wonderful time at this house. We got to experience all of it. The pool, the BBQ, trips to the beach, and even got rained in one day and got to watch movies on the big screen TV. This place has everything.

Fabulous home!

If you want a quiet neighborhood in Edgartown with a fabulous, quality brand new home, this is your destination. Architecture, fine interior details and all the amenities to keep everyone entertained. It had to be one of the top beautiful homes that gets a 11 stars on cleanliness too! We highly recommend it!

End of summer vacation

Exceptional property, great pool and spa; quiet street close to supermarket and town. The house was well stocked with all needed supplies. We enjoyed days in the pool and game nights in the dining room. Very nice stay on MV! Will return again and would definitely stay at this property again. Amazing place

A nice, modern, family-friendly place, with a lot to do both at the place and outside. The house was great; the game room in the basement was a group favorite. There was a Tesla charger in the garage - everything was really well thought out. We came too early in the season for the pool but had an amazing weekend nonetheless, and will definitely come back in the future.

Amazing experience - we didn’t want to leave!

I rented this property for a weekend away with some close friends, and the house did not disappoint. The property was stunning and was exactly as described, if not nicer. We utilized the sleeper sofa in the master, and when we couldn’t find extra bedding I messaged Michael and within the hour we had sheets delivered to the house. The house is equipped with all the basic essentials, plates/bowls/wineglasses/silverware for 10 people, and I honestly felt as if I was cooking meals in my own home! Even though the weather wasn’t the best we still made use of the gorgeous pool. The grounds are stunning and very well kept. We were all sad to have to leave, however I look forward to renting this house again!

Beautiful home, great location!

We had such a lovely stay. There was plenty of space for our two families. The kids and adults loved the pool! There were lots of fun family games to play with. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could want! We would definitely stay here again next time we are on the Vineyard!
