Welcome to our beach house!
The perfect renovated Turnkey ocean block one bedroom on the second-floor condo in a convenient location - steps away from the beach, Walking distance to the shopping center and dining; great restaurants around within walking distance from the condo. View of the water on the private balcony. Fully furnished, new plank flooring, quart, stainless appliances, fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, pots, and pans.
Wi-Fi.
We provide coffee and tea station with completed assorted tea and coffee, sugar, etc.

Toilet paper and paper towel provided.

Beach towels, Umbrella, and Beach chairs

The place was very clean, very very nice iinside. All updated amenities, nice touch with providing coffee/tea/creamer. Decorated very cute. Love the beachy feel w/o going over the top. One-bedroom was perfect for my husband and me, very close to the beach. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Owners were also very nice and very accommodating. They also supplied a hair dryer (which I loved) and some toiletries. Again would stay there in again for sure.

Super clean and close to the beach

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful apartment. It was cleaner than any other place we stayed in before in OCMD. The short walk to the beach is what really made us the happiest the entire weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Property was exactly as listed. I recommend stating on the northern end where it’s less hectic and more peaceful. Place was very clean.bed was very comfortable. Few minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

What a wonderful stay!! This is our second time staying here and we were not disappointed! We always enjoy staying here because of its stunning and comfortable interior and its location!! Super close to everything you’d need to enjoy ocean city! The host is also very nice and hospitable and will help with any of your needs as well :) there was exterior painting of the building happening while we were staying, so we didn’t have access to the balcony at the time, but we didn’t mind! They were rescheduled because it rained the week before, and now the building is a beautiful blue color! Perfect exterior to match the beautiful condo! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples and small families!

AMAZING!!

absolutely perfect!! My partner and I are in our 20s and we were looking for a place to stay for our beach getaway and this was THE place! Check-in was super easy, parking is also really nice and convenient in a private parking lot! The rental property itself is stunning and looks exactly as pictured, top amenities, easy to use Roku TVs, and coffee and wine provided was an unexpected but lovely special touch!! It felt like we were staying at a friends place we felt so welcomed! The furniture was super comfortable as well. The property is also Oceanside which made it super easy to just hop onto the beach! And an outdoor shower to get the sand off was a nice plus! The host also was super easy to contact and answered all the questions we had. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we definitely would book again! A perfect stay for couples! :)

Above and Beyond Expectations

This stay is by far the greatest stay we have ever had. We were nervous because we were going to be the first guest to stay here and we have very high standards when looking for a place to stay and this one checked every box on the list. First, the host was amazing, responds very fast, is very kind and helpful, answered all of our questions and concerns. They were truly awesome. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. Second, the location was perfect, steps away from the beach, which was very clean and nice, had parking, plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Everyone one around was extremely friendly too. Third, the best part was the inside of the property was absolutely stunning. Everything had been renovated and updated, the cleanliness which is big for us, was next level. It was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. The host had left us treats and personal welcome notes. The kitchen and bathroom were new and spotless. It had a balcony with seating where you could see the ocean and relax. It also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella we could use during our stay. Overall this place was 10/10 and we highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking to stay in Ocean City. We’ve already decided whenever we come back this will be the place we book.
