Townhome is centrally located making it 12 min to The Medical Center, Fiesta Texas 11 minutes, 18 minutes to The Riverwalk , 16 min to The Pearl, close to Major Freeways and Shopping Centers.

The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation at your leisure. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen with butcher block countertops for easy folding.

Small fenced back yard and a small front porch.

Nice place and dog friendly

The property is exactly as described, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. For those bringing dogs, it is perfect. The back yard is 100% privacy fence with no gaps and about 40 x 20, so plenty of room. The entire propety is hard surface flooring. The host is super responsive. You'll be close to a neighborhood center with casual restaurants and an HEB. The drive into downtown is only around 20 minutes.

Extremely clean and great communication

Claudia's property was perfect for our stay over Christmas. She even had a little Christmas tree up which was a sweet touch. The house was very clean and tidy, especially for being an older property. Claudia let us check in a bit early which was very helpful and had great communication before, during, and after our stay. The location was perfect for our needs - very close to loop 1604 and 281. The enclosed backyard couldn't have been more perfect for our dog. The only downside to this property is the parking. It is a townhome, so parking is limited to 1 main spot with another small gravel parking spot right off the road, but this wasn't an issue for us and should be fine if you only have 1 vehicle. Highly recommend! Thank you Claudia!

Nice Place to Visit

Townhome was clean and somewhat updated. Not a comfortable chair in the place though. Patio almost non existent and no sun. Pretty much just a dog run. No local TV channels. I had to sign up for Fubu to get the super bowl! I also bought a portable antenna which only worked so so. Great location. Easy to get anywhere. I screwed up and failed to notice there is no garage. My car was filthy and squirrels were living under the hood. The neighbor and I went around about parking. She didn't like how I parked. She needed half of the space I was assigned so I ended up having to move over and blocked the walkway when I parked. Wasn't given a contact phone number so had to go through a long process with VRBO to get a number to report broken dishwasher and no hot water in shower. Claudia's husband attempted to fix both to no avail. Claudia was very nice to work with. I was there 2 months.
