Located in amenity-rich Ocean View Beach Club and only 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach and the ocean, this home will provide the perfect location for your next vacation. The newly built home offers an open floor plan with a large first-floor living space, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island with additional seating. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor and a front office space with a desk and sofa.
This beautiful home features a second-floor master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and bathroom with dual vanities and oversized walk-in shower. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and daybed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed with a twin on top, full bottom, and trundle bed are also located on the second floor. In addition, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, flat-screen television, and access to a front porch with seating, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. There are two full-size shared baths with shower/tub combinations on the second floor as well. The second-floor living space provides additional space for watching movies and playing games and comes with a pull-out couch. Consider this beautiful property in the new community Ocean View Beach Club, just 2 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk.
The back patio with grill, dining table, and additional seating provides the perfect space for enjoying meals outside or just relaxing.
Renters may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle all located within a few hundred feet of the property.
