Amazing Vacation Home

This vacation apartment/home was absolutely perfect for my fiancé and I to have a long weekend trip to beautiful Hollywood Beach. The owner was the most friendly and responsive owner I have ever dealt with and we will definitely be staying with Marco again!

Location location location

The location was beyond perfect! The view was beautiful and just a few steps away from the beach, boardwalk, bars. The neighborhood was nice the rental was clean and comfortable we will definitely be using this property again.

Great experience!

Booking was easy. Marco was in touch throughout the entire stay with instructions and tips to help make the experience even better. Check in was easy as ours was after 9pm. The location was fantastic! Steps from beach, boardwalk, bats and restaurants. The condo was spacious and super clean! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Terrible

First the parking is terrible. What if it’s packed. There’s not enough space to move around to get out. Thank god we left quick. In the room was patched up walls. My wofe said let’s leave. We stayed at the margarita resort.

Hollywood beach stay

It smelled extremely bad of weed when we got there. There was no umbrella when we arrived as stated in the description. The place looks nothing like the pictures. Everything was breaking the entire time we were there. The shower pressure is so harsh that it sprays and floods the entire bathroom. I would never stay here again.

WOW what an exaggeration of a review!! Guest forgot to say that because of the apartment that smelled like weed from the previous guest and the broken umbrella, I refund guest $250 for the inconvenience. Not only did I replace the umbrella immediately but the next day their new umbrella broke again, and I replaced the beach umbrella for the second time. In regard to the shower that had too much water pressure and splashed outside, my solution was to install a second shower curtain to better protect the water from splashing outside of the shower, but she refused. To be honest, I’ve never had a complaint that there was too much water pressure. All the guest had to do was turn down the water pressure instead of turning it on full force. I think the reason for a negative review is because on the last day, the guest asked for more compensation, and I refused to give it to her since I addressed her concerns immediately and took care of everything. I think the guest’s intention was to take advantage of me and that’s not right.

5 star experience

My friend and I had an amazing experience with this hotel. When we arrived we found out that our room was upstairs. But since we had an infant and a stroller we requested a room downstairs. It took 10 minutes for Marco to reassign us to a different room downstairs. Same was with the parking- I'm not good in parallel parking. Marco was very kind to let us use a different parking spot. The place was clean overall with new pillows and bedding. The kitchen was large and with a variety of utensils and pots. And the stove was real stove not the rickety one they normally use in short stay places. Same with the fridge! Bonus- the boardwalk is literally 20 feet away from the hotel!

Excellent location and communication with management

We stayed during the unprecedented rain storms in the area during April of 2023. We were impressed with the level of service Marco provided from the initial booking to the actual visit. He responded very quickly to all of our questions and concerns. He was at the property early in the morning after the storm to clean up the outside area and kept us informed the entire time. The room is exactly as pictured and fit our needs. It is easy to find, clean and roomy enough for the two of us. The location is fantastic. We like the section of Hollywood where it is a little quieter but still close enough to walk to the busier parts. We paid the extra to get a parking spot as Hollywood has changed their parking prices. We looked specifically for somewhere that had parking as an option. The beach chairs were in great shape. We did not cook in the room but did eat breakfast and lunch there. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfy. TV and internet were fine - the storm knocked them out for a day but they were back up quickly. This room is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage or older members in your party you may want to grab a room on the first floor. Highly recommend Marco - such great service.

Great location, no frills some communication issues with property manager

When we checked into the condo around 11:00 PM we were shocked that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and obviously nowhere to get any at that hour. Emailed the property manager as we did not have a phone number with no response. Previous to the trip we explained to the property manager that we would like to do a late check out as we had a late departure for a cruise. He responded saying that the cleaners may need to get in clean the room at 11:00 but we were welcome to leave our bags in the room until 1:00 PM. We made arrangements for an Uber to pick us up at 1:00 and left our bags in the room and took a stroll on the beach. When we returned at noon the door was locked with a new code and we could not get back in. After emailing the property manager he did unlock it for us remotely. While in the room the cleaners came back and could not speak English but it was clear they had no idea that we had arrangements to leave our bags in the room so we grabbed our things and waited outside for about 45 minutes until our Uber arrived. Condo was in a great location.
