Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities.

This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports.

We have included a lake side Fire Pit for eight, three hole putting green, 5 person Hot tub, 2 Kayaks, and one Paddle Board.

The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
The space
This home has lake front views from every room and the large deck, spacious yard, and dock is begging you to join the fun that the lake life has to offer.

Downstairs you will find a comfortable living room where you can relax around the gas fireplace and smart TV. The dining and kitchen overlook the lake and offer plenty of space for cooking, and relaxing with friends and family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has direct access to the deck and outdoor space.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms on the left and right of the home that also gaze out over the water; each with a queen bed, bench, and closet. In the center is a common space that has a folding futon and a sliding glass door to the upper deck. The full bath and laundry are also up to the left.

Outdoors you can relax on the deck patio furniture, in the grass, in the water, or on the dock. Stretch out and catch the sun!
