A unique space centrally located from downtown and St. Petersburg beaches. This 2 bedroom apartment has everything you want or need for a perfect getaway, or company housing. Hop on the Central Trolley to explore St. Petersburg or take a bike ride on the Pinellas Trail located a couple blocks away. The unit is pet and kid friendly and has a washer and dryer on site. Ring Security camera on front door and security cameras on the exterior of the apartment building.

Great St. Pete Getaway!

Quaint and clean location with all the necessities including comfy beds, a hair dryer, basic kitchen set-up, laundry room, and more. I stayed for 10 days while visiting family and had a fabulous time! The property manager is super responsive - highly recommend!

Very clean and quiet place. Property manager gave very precise details on how to find it. Decorated very nicely also. Parking is straight forward as well.

The beds were comfy, the couch was comfy. The location is really centralized. close to the stadium and the beaches. It was perfect and I would absolutely stay again!

Perfect price point

For 2 couples to stay in this area and not spend a fortune on two different hotel rooms
 but also having privacy staying together, this was the perfect option. Cute, spacious and conveniently located!

Easy access to and from

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Prepare to buy all groceries since there’s only salt/pepper
literally. We had problems with the wifi and the owner was very responsive. I would stay there again, although I wish there would have been an outdoor patio considering it’s not at the beach.

Very Clean 2 Bedroom Apartment

The property was immaculate, which is a must for me. I like the leather reclining couches, and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The apartment is right off Central Ave, which can be busy traffic-wise. Since this was a workcation, it was challenging when I was on calls. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great 
., only a few miles from everything we needed beach, grocery stores, mall, Tropicana Field! Clean and well maintained would definitely stay here again !

Great Location!

Close to downtown St Petersburg and Beaches! Enjoyed two beaches, downtown, St Pete Pier, Botanical Gardens, Sunken Gardens and Fort Desoto. We walked around the apartment area and I wish we had taken the trolley downtown. Made breakfast and dinner at the apartment with the full kitchen. Enjoyed TV in the evening on the comfy couches.

Cozy and comfortable!

This property is comfy and clean. The beds are super comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. The owner went over and above to make sure we were all set. She was easy to contact and responded immediately, which was wonderful. We highly recommend this cozy getaway on Central Avenue!

Great place for a while!

This property was exactly what I expected. The owners checked on me to make sure everything was working out well, and asked me If I needed anything. I was there for over a month. It was a very nice place to stay.
