It's a perfect place for a large family or large group staying together when visiting Clearwater/St. Petersburg Area. The house is so spacious with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, screened pool and beautiful backyard. It's only 20 minutes away from any POIs in Pinellas County. 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 minutes from TPA or PIE, 20 minutes to St. Pete Pier, 20 minutes to Skyway Bridge.

Great house

We had an absolute blast at this house. Great layout of rooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom was amazing!! The house was everything we expected and more! One of the best VRBOS we have ever stayed at!!

Weekend Getaway

The stay was great, the house has great space. The bathrooms were all great and clean which is key. Great location to get to and from the beach easily as well as to downtown St. Pete. The pool is well kept. The street itself has a few houses that are a bit more run down but the rest of the street seemed good.

Wonderful Experience

This place was perfect for us. Everything was provided for, more then we expected. We have stayed at many beautiful vacation homes but this place has surpassed them all. Was very clean and everyone loved it!

Great for a big family group trip

This was great for a big family trip. The beds were comfortable and plentiful. The kids loved swimming in the pool. The kitchen was beautiful and great to cook in. There were plenty of linens and towels. This was a great stay for us. It was also close enough to the beach that it was not too difficult to get there.

Weekend stay

The house is beautiful and the communication was wonderful. Easy checking in and out. Only complaint: dirty ceiling fans and freezing pool. Again, the house is lovely!

Phillies Spring Training

Family vacation with 7 adults, 2 kids. We LOVED the house. So spacious & PERFECT for our needs. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It was a little cool to use the pool but the yard was lovely & relaxing. We did a beach day & were thrilled with the beach accessories!Thanks so much!

The property is fine. Dealing with the rental agency is a nightmare. We had a significant plumbing issue while at this property. Although they resolved the issue, the living area and downstairs bathroom became unusable for the duration of our stay. When I spoke to the property manager inquiring about an agreeable refund amount due to sections of them property being unusable, she was incredibly rude. Book at your own risk- if things don’t go as planned, these individuals are horrible to deal with.

Great house but no internet

House was very spacious for a group of 10. Appliances were good and pool was perfect. Unfortunately we had no internet from the moment we checked in. Owner came to check it out and scheduled a tech to come but tech didn’t come until 2 days later

Overall good. Due to cooler temperatures pool was not usable since it was not heated. Close to a dozen burnt out light bulbs, that were not replaced. Could have used a second refrigerator.

Regarding the light bulbs, we did address your concern during your stay and replaced the ones you mentioned. The additional lights in the bathroom were removed intentionally to prevent excessive brightness, but we’re happy to adjust if needed for future guests. As for the refrigerator, the property features a spacious 42-inch refrigerator, which is designed to accommodate the needs of most guests. We’ll continue to consider feedback to enhance our offerings, but at this time, a second refrigerator is not part of our setup. We appreciate your suggestions and hope to host you again in the future!

Great stay!

We had a great experience at this property during our stay in St. Pete to celebrate our daughter 's law school graduation. The home is beautiful and well maintained inside and out. The inside is spacious with plenty of room for a large family to spread out. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was perfect...had everything you could need! All of the beds were comfortable, and the only suggestion I have is to provide extra blankets in the closets for those who might need more layers at night. The backyard and pool deck area were very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our time in the pool between our events. Check-in/check-out and communication with the property manager was very easy. All in all, we had a great visit and this home was the perfect place for our group to relax and enjoy time together. Highly recommend!
