Le Nid de Neptune est une maison à deux étages abordable et bien entretenue qui peut accueillir de 4 à 6 personnes. La maison dispose de deux chambres, chacune avec des lits queen, ainsi que deux zones de couchage en alcÎve et un futon adapté aux enfants. Les autres équipements comprennent une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, 1 1/2 salle de bain, salon avec TV à écran plat / DVD.

Situé dans un quartier calme, cette maison confortable fonctionne bien pour ceux qui cherchent à s'éloigner de tout cela à un prix avantageux. Venez vous détendre sur le pont avec une boisson froide tout en regardant notre cerf de quartier se promener dans notre jardin! Ou, prenez une promenade de cinq minutes en ville pour faire du shopping ou manger. Yachats Ocean Rd est situé juste en face de la rue et est l'accÚs à la plage de sable la plus proche - encore une fois cinq minutes à pied de la maison.

La piscine du quartier, le bain Ă  remous et les courts de tennis sont ouverts et disponibles en saison du 1er juillet Ă  la fĂȘte du travail.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home! Everything you need! Very clean and quiet neighborhood! The house is very clean and well maintained. Our host was ver attentive to a question we had.

Comfy home in beautiful setting

Home was very large with nice deck, good neighborhood, easy walk to town and beach. Kitchen had what we needed. There was no map of the subdivision so we never saw the pool or tennis courts but also we didn’t need to. We also had to look pretty actively to find the garbage dumpsters, but after finding them realized it wasn’t that hard. But it would’ve been nice ti have a little map. There is a path to the river which was beautiful, and it would’ve been nice to know about that before finding it the day i left (after finally finding the dumpsters!)

Quiet Water Retreat

So much about this vacation rental was ideal:-Convenient location to town and beach-Spacious enough to accommodate our friends for visits and dinners. -Super communication and responsiveness of property manager Nikki. - nicely furnished and well appointed to meet all our needs. -Favorite memory will always be morning coffee on the deck with: mother Swallow feeding her five little fluffball fledglings on the roof overhang above. Precious. Flyovers by the Blue Heron Eagles flying among the trees across the riverThe only suggestion is to have the weakened boards on the deck repaired. We were worried about its stability and placed a found board over the weakened spot for safety. And watching the eagles

Nice walk to town with suburban feel.

Interesting trip to Yachats. Enjoyed the town shopping and good food. The location was easy to reach and beach access plenty. Challenges include rental property with lots of lists of rules. Property was stepping back to the 90s. We arrived on Monday with no instructions to find the heated pool and spa. Both were closed Tuesday and Wednesday after we located them. Never found the dumpsters they mentioned. Being listed dog friendly, they didn't have any dog pails to deposit doggy poop or even dedicated space for them to run. Especially disturbing was the call from property owner to have us allow them permission to drop off and install an oven during our stay. Would we stay in this property again? No. Instead of leaving a note to not change the tv settings providing instructions on how to access streaming changes would have been kinder. Without customer service changes, I would avoid property. We left as quickly as possible our last day.

Beautiful Area

Loved all the windows, bright and welcoming. The property is a little dated but well maintained. Close to town and the beach. Could use a deep cleaning.

Absolutely loved the neighborhood! The house was cute and the decor was themed, but simple. There was mention of using the trash outside of the home before we left, I walked the neighborhood thinking it was a big dumpster but couldn’t find it, so we just collected it and put it in the trash in the garage and hope that was correct. The only critique is some of the knives in the knife block were used and put back and so was the garlic mincer. I cleaned everything as best I could, but maybe all the utensils and dishes need a good cleaning.

I messed up the dates of the rental.The owner was more than understanding, and corrected my mistake.The house was nice. You could walk into town in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Perfect for our needs

Very clean. We lacked nothing. Well supplied with kitchen accoutrements, clean towels, good light for reading. Location was fine for us. We didn’t need a view. We hiked on the beach and returned to the house for a cozy dinner at the table. Lucky to have a storm rattle the windows a bit. Overall, nice holiday experience.

We live Yachats.

We were just there for 3 nights, but next time will book a longer stay. Communication with the property owner or manager was easy and good. The property was was perfect for us, and completely as advertised. We loved it.

A large home with a terrific forest view. Very spacious and lots of light. Immaculately clean. Thoughtful amenities. And only a 3-minute walk to both the center of town and to the beach.

Cozy And Convenience

Great access to the beach once we learned about the path that did not involve daring the 101 cross on the road. Walk into town thru the neighborhood was easy. Would love to have enjoyed the pool but it was not open for the exact days we were booked for.

Great cozy spot with a short walk to the beach!
