Adorable place! So pleasantly surprised that it was more spacious than the photos depicted, and an even better location than I’d imagined! There was plenty of seating and just a delightful place to visit.

Would totally stay here again. Easy communication. Having a assigned parking spot is valuable in Capitola but honestly, we just walked everywhere. It is so close to everything. Everything was clean. Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen had the basics, just don’t expect be able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner there. A bonus to have your own parking space and walk right down to the beach. There’s a few minor upgrades that would help justify the price even more, but all in all, it was a nice weekend. Communication with proper management was easy.

My family really enjoyed this rental unit. It was clean upon arrival and was stocked with enough bathroom and kitchen supplies. The location is excellent. Just steps away from Capitola Beach and all the shops and restaurants. Surf City Rentals was very good at message communication before and throughout our stay. I will look to rent this unit again.

First off the beds were very comfortable, the accommodations were great and we were right in the heart of Capitola. Who needed a car you can use your feet to go everywhere you wanted to go. We of course went to Gayle's almost everyday.....thank you again for checking in on us. We will definitely we back. Great company to work with.

Absolutely Adorable Spot in the Perfect Location

We could not believe how cute the place was when we walked in! Clean, spacious, bright and located literally in the heart of Capitola. Walked to everything - 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!

We have enjoyed our stay so much. Pictures do a wonderful job at depicting the property and yes, you are just a 2 minute walk from the beach, stores and restaurants. What truly makes this property exceptional are: a convenient assigned parking spot (parking is a limited commodity in Capitola) and the amazing communication with the host. Both check-in and check-out procedures were explained very well and reasonable. We had no pin issues or any difficulties accessing the property. Plenty of beach towels were provided as well as basic toiletry items to make the property welcoming. Everything was clean and in order, I have 3 dogs at home so I gotta say I was surprised that there is literally no indication dogs have stayed in this property (no dog hair in sight or anything. This speaks volume of their cleaning crew). In all seriousness, I would consider booking this property again if I visit this area again.

Just Perfect!

Visiting my daughter who lives in Calistoga - we decided to take a road trip south. This place was perfect, close to everything, and Clean! Can't wait to come again.

Wonderful

This is a very nice condo in great condition and with very nice amenities. Loved the location, so close to the beach and village. Great views of the beach and ocean from several rooms and the nice balcony. On site parking was nice.
