Ce paramĂštre et gĂźte de charme est devenu connu comme la premiĂšre maison construite le long du ruisseau.
Il existe de nombreuses traces et les restes de la ville historique Capitola cachĂ©s, mais en restant dans cette ancienne ville de plage. Cette unitĂ© est l'un d'entre eux et est disponible pour ĂȘtre louĂ©s Ă  tout moment de l'annĂ©e. Profitez de ces grands taux de saison!

Récemment rénové, cet hÎtel historique de 2 chambres 1 salle de bain chalet confortable au bord du fleuve est situé dans le coeur de la Capitola Village. Vous pouvez profiter de ce cadre de l'habitat paisible, relaxant dans la cour plus spacieux, ou sur la terrasse donnant sur la faune cÎtiÚre le long des rives de Soquel Creek. Certes, la marche à pied un sentier de deux minutes à plus populaires plage, quai, boutiques, bars et restaurants de Capitola est une option aussi. Ce chalet de plage meublé est dans un emplacement idéal et offre l'endroit idéal pour une famille ou entre amis.

Cet artisan est douce sous la forme d'un duplex Maintenant, cela ne part 1 mur et la terrasse avant. Cependant, il n'a pas perdu son charme original et historique. A qui allez-vous partager le mur avec? Eh bien, une trĂšs belle locataire qui a une comprĂ©hension complĂšte que nous louons notre unitĂ© de cĂŽtĂ© pendant l'Ă©tĂ©. Le locataire garde Ă  eux-mĂȘmes et vous pouvez voir un aperçu de lui / elle va et vient. SituĂ© dans le quartier Riverview Terrace, vous vous sentirez comme vous avez un cadre trĂšs privĂ©. Nous louons depuis de nombreuses annĂ©es maintenant et ont encore eu des problĂšmes avec cet arrangement.

C'est un endroit idéal pour un couple ou deux. Une petite famille peut aussi profiter confortablement de ce grand village sans tracas! Détendez-vous sur le pont avec un verre surplombant le ruisseau. Blottir avec votre miel ou avec vos proches tout en prenant dans les odeurs et les sons de ce corridor riperian cÎtiÚre.

We didn’t meet the host. However the accommodations were perfect. Cotttage is well-stocked. The view of the creek was so pleasant and peaceful. Met a few neighborhood kitties. Walked along the pathway. Beds are very comfortable. Our stay was perfect!

My husband and I spent our anniversary at the Capitola Nook Along the Creek, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting was peaceful and beautiful — sitting out on the deck by the water was so relaxing and romantic. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We loved being close to the village and the beach but still tucked away enough to enjoy quiet mornings with coffee by the creek. It was the ideal getaway for the two of us, and we can’t wait to come back for another visit!Highly recommend this little gem in Capitola!

The house was so cute and cozy with a phenomenal view. Beds were so comfortable with plenty of blankets. You can sit out by river and watch ducks, Egrets, and other assorted birds and also have various visits from very friendly cats .... so fun. You can walk to the delightful downtown and shop and eat. Walk to the wharf..... such a fun time. Definitely going back!!!!!

The perfect little cottage for our mom/daughter’s weekend! The location along the creek was so peaceful. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the lawn, chatting with all the dog walkers and petting the pooches. Close to the village with lots of restaurants and shops. If you go to Shadowbrook across the creek for dinner, you can call them for a free pickup in one of their old-fashioned taxis. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons ages 13 and 10. We loved being so close to the beach, we also brought our paddle boards to use on the creek that's in the back yard. The house had everything we needed, was very comfy and clean. We would return.

Loved it! It was our second time staying in 5 years. Would have loved to have a little more TP and the patio off the kitchen was pretty dirty, also the river area needs a some type of table to sit at and eat or play games. We really liked the updates!

Charming Cottage in Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The location is absolutely perfect - a pleasant stroll from downtown Capitola, but away from the noise and on the peaceful and beautiful Soquel River. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

I very much enjoy living in Capitola for it has much to offer. There are sandy beaches to walk on, surfing and fishing in the ocean, and hiking and biking in nearby forests.
Being a general contractor means working outside a lot. This area has some fog in the summer months, that really makes for a comfortable climate. I like to build and work on homes. More recently, I have built a number of decks and fences using redwood and bamboo harvested sustainably from the Santa Cruz area.
One thing I hear about Capitola that holds truth, 'Once you come here, you will always come back.'

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Capitola is a great place to live along the coast . In only a little over an hour by car and you can be in San Francisco or Monterrey/Carmel.
Being within walking distance of the beach has ethereal advantages. There is nothing else like the sounds of the waves lapping or crashing along the shoreline. There always seems to be an influx of aquatic life that beckons into this bay's region during the summer months. Whale watching and fishing has been epic in recent years and is just a walk to the wharf and a boat ride away.
I like to think that the beach is close enough to enjoy the excitement, yet far enough away when it is time for quietude.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This craftsman home is the first house to be built along Soquel Creek. The view across the creek makes you feel like you are in the forest, yet the ocean is also visable beneath the train trestle and Stockton bridges.
Far enough away from the traffic, there is a subtle peacefulness here. Trees provide shade and the creek's proximity to the ocean attract a wide range of shore birds, song birds, and birds of prey. There is a spacious driveway for parking and large creek side yard with a redwood deck and benches for relaxing.
The beach is within a two-minute walk, or paddle away.
