Cuisine ouverte, spacieuse et rĂ©novĂ©e, magnifique foyer au gaz, WiFi, tĂ©lĂ©viseur grand Ă©cran et terrasse arriĂšre avec grille et jolie cour en terrasse. C'est la vie cĂŽtiĂšre Ă  son meilleur. We were very pleasantly surprised by everything about this lovely home. So well stocked with anything and everything you might need. Parking was great for two SUV cars. Loved the front deck for sitting and watching all the busy people walking, running, driving by. The back patio was secure to leave our sandy beach umbrellas, shoes, towels and toys....we will go back again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was comfortable, spacious, and wonderful amenities, including games for the children There are even beach towels, blankets, and chairs for those who wish to use it. The location is excellent. The accommodation was extremely clean and had everything needed to enjoy your time at the beach. We only wish we had reserved it for more days. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Jennifer, for being so accommodating and helpful!

The condo was great, very convenient location and nicely decorated. The owner went out of her way to find us a room when there was a mix up on the reservation.I highly recommend this property. It's a good price for such a great location.

Relaxing and perfect location

We stayed at this beautiful condo with our friends for 3 nights. It was easy to find with two parking spots (which is priceless in beach towns). The home was beautifully done and very spacious for 4 adults and 5 kids under 7. There is a back patio that is very private and a balcony at the front to enjoy morning coffee and people watch. The location was perfect being only a short walk to the beach or restaurants or shopping. We used our car one time when we first got there to go to Knob Hill for groceries
That was it! We had plenty to do with kids with in walking distance. The host Jennifer was amazing and quickly responded to any questions. My husband left his AirPods in the bedroom and didn’t realize until after we left. I let the host know, the cleaning staff found them and Jennifer mailed them back to us!!! A+ for sure. You must stay here if you are traveling to Capitola!!

After growing up in the Bay Area and spending many weekends at Capitola Beach, we searched for the perfect Beach house for our family and to share with others. Capitola is so unique, quaint and beautiful. Capitola Village is a gem. You are close to everything and we love that you can just park and walk everywhere. Wonderful boutiques, restaurants, Gayle's Bakery, grocery stores and most importantly, the magnificent Capitola Beach is 150 steps away! It's so relaxing in Capitola and the weather is always perfect.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this property because it was open and airy with high ceilings and a wall of windows. As you enter the condo you immediately feel relaxed. Not only do you have an ocean view, but you have all the amenities to relax on vacation. You have a wonderful patio to grill on, a lovely living room to chill in, a beautiful kitchen to cook in or and enough room to have your whole family with you. Our place sleeps 8 comfortably. Most importantly you are 150 steps from Capitola Beach! This condo is perfect for a family vacation, couples weekend, and girls or guys getaways! Everyone will love it. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive again!

The proximity to the Beach and all the restaurants and shops, the views, the patio to relax and grill on, are all reasons to love this home.
