📄 Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a point of contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign. This is for liability purposes only.
Security Deposit: There is a $200 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It’s auto released 3 days after you depart!
• Check-In: 4 PM
• Check-Out: 10 AM
• Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 12 guests
• Pet Policy: Two dogs allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee /per dog
• Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events, and please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers
• Amenities: Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletry essentials are provided for your comfort

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability):
• Early check-in (2:00 PM) available for a $50 fee (request 24 hours in advance). Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late check-out (11:00 AM) available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.
