Solana Resort is a beautiful gated/guarded community. Conveniently located near Orlando’s top attractions and near Championship golf courses.
This fully renovated house has 4 BRs and 3 full baths. Two en-suites and two guest BRs . Private pool with covered lanai. The kitchen services the Great Room and the pool deck. The home is extremely comfortable and well-maintained to serve your needs for a wonderful & memorable vacation!!

It has over $100K of upgrades and renovations in September 2022 with meticulously designed every detail thought out for your enjoyment. Furniture’s are all brand new! Free WIFI suitable for online working and studying. Game Room (garage) with Ping Pong table, Foosball table. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. And only use appliances for their intended uses.
• Bedroom #1: one queen bed with en-suite bathroom and with yard/pool access
• Bedroom #2: one queen bed with en-suite bathroom
• Themed Bedroom #3: two twin beds with bathroom in the hallway
• Themed Bedroom #4: one bunk bed (twin and full) with bathroom in the hallway
WHAT'S INCLUDED: the following starter supplies are provided in the unit. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.

SELF CHECK IN/CHECK OUT PROPERTY
This is a self check in/ check out property. Guests certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you have been provided and through either house rules or Check in/Check out instructions. House rules are in this document, check-in and check-out instructions are in separate documents which will be sent to you before check-in and check-out time. By making this reservation, you agree that violation of any portion of the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund. Additional penalties/charges may apply.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS / LOCAL GUESTS NOT ALLOWED
• NO parties or events are allowed during your stay. NO more than 8 guests should occupy the property(kids and infants included). Guests who break this rule will have their reservation canceled with no refund. They will be removed from the property immediately. Anyone who tries to keep a party will incur a $1,000 fine.
• No local guests are allowed. If you are local and make the reservation, please contact host right away. Not approved local guests by host may incur fines up to $500, and will have their reservation cancelled with no refund.
PET FEE
• Pet is allowed. The standard pet fee is $100 only dogs are allowed. Please contact the host with details on how many pets as additional fees may be applied. Guest must provide pictures of pet and current rabies vaccination for approval. Please note maximum allowable weight is 30 lbs.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
• This is a smoking-free house. Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, or any other “recreation smoke”) inside the house. Only cigarettes are allowed outside the house, but absolutely no marijuana anywhere on this property. Anyone who violates the residency rule will be subject to a $500 fine for each violation and will be reported.
HOUSEKEEPING
• There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
AIR CONDITIONING
• Recommended AC temperature is 72ºF and keep all doors and windows closed when AC is on.
FOOD
• As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments.
POOL SAFETY
• CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AT ALL THE TIME. Please be extremely cautious and always supervise children around the pool. Swim at your own risk. Small children who are not fully potty trained must use swimming diapers. Renting guests and any of their guests assume all responsibility and agree to supervise children at all times for their safety. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury.
POOL HEAT
• Pool heater (Optional – $30/day): Please contact host as soon as possible if you would like to have the pool heated, as it takes at least 24 hrs to heat pool water to reach the desired temperature.
GRILL & PROPANE TANK
• Gas grill available (Fill your own gas, a propane tank is available for your convenience). No charcoal use in gas grill.
SECURITY CAMERA
• For security purposes: Ring doorbell camera is outside of the house facing the street, and there is a security camera outside the house facing backyard/swimming pool. BLOCKING the Ring doorbell and/or security camera are NOT allowed and will result in a fine up to $500.
CHECK OUT
• Check out by 10:00 am: This is FIRM and we can't offer late check out time since our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for the next guests arrival.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Check in after 4:00 pm: Only the person who booked is allowed to check in.
• Check out by 10:00 am: Time is Firm.
• Washer and dryer available without additional charges for guests.
• Towels in dryer: occasionally my cleaning contractor cannot wait here until drying cycles are complete. Maybe you will find towels in the dryer. They are clean. Please take them out and surely they are ready for use.
• Dishes in dishwasher: occasionally my cleaning contractor cannot wait here until drying cycles complete. Maybe you will find dishes in the dishwasher. They are clean. Please take them out and surely they are ready for use.
