Very Spacious

The property is very spacious and fit our whole group very comfortably. They had a crib set up in one of the rooms, which was great since we had our 2 year old with us. They have a lot of rules to follow and we were not allowed to use the amenities during our stay because of an issue the property owner had to resolve with the association which was a bit of a bummer. They are also very strict about who drives into the property, they only let you list 3 drivers and only they can drive into the property so if you have more than 3 adults make sure only the listed drivers are driving the vehicles. The property came with a bit more hassle than I would have hoped for but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The townhouse itself was spacious enough for our family but if I had to critique something it would be that it needs updated. The cookware was dated and the pillows on the couches were stained. The clubhouse was hard to get in and out of, in fact we were told we weren't allowed in at first but we could anyway because of the holiday. It was embarrassing to be held up like that and not to mention the bag search which seemed to be random. Anyway, other than the traffic, crowds and that extremely slippery mat on the pool deck we enjoyed our stay.

Holiday weekends can be a busier time bringing in more crowds than usual when there's such a high demand. The resort does the best they can to manage the crowds and allow for a safe experience for all.

Feels like Home

The property manager was responsive to our needs. Nice setup for a family. Wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and that the property managers left extra garbage bags for the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It would be nice to have beach towels for the pool.

Check in easy location nice. Baseboards needed a good cleaning and need some touch up painting.
