The Space:

Charming 5 bedroom, 3 bath one story private home with covered outdoor dining area, private pool/spa (pool heat can be added for additional cost). Open concept living, dining and updated kitchen with granite countertops. Long stays are welcome to warm the cold off guests coming from the North! Discounts for monthly stay!! Propane Grill included** Guests are to clean it themselves and replenish the propane at their own cost. Game room with foosball and Air Hockey Table. There are no rear neighbors for ultimate relaxation. Perfect for families to unwind and enjoy Florida!

Other Things to Note:

There is a propane grill onsite, we ask guest to refill the tank at their own expense.

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.



THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.



No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.

Trash must be in trash bags and placed in the plastic bench outside the front door, the community picks it up daily.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-

*Needs 48 hour notice to be turned on.

*Minimum 3 nights to maintain temperature, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

*Pool must be kept filled with the hose and has to be past the white skimmer or the pool heat automatically shuts off.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions.

We are available by message board, chat, or phone from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
