Jonathon provided excellent communication and a beautiful place to stay! We have been lucky enough to stay at two of his properties and both are definitely 5 stars. I highly recommend either of his properties. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect overnight stay

Great way to spend a night close to my college daughter at Georgetown College. Great location and walking distance to the college and downtown!

Great space!

The space was really nice and clean, cozy and comfortable. It was great to have a full kitchen at our disposal. And at just a couple blocks walk from downtown, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques were easy access.

Great location

We enjoyed staying spring side for the holiday. Baked four pies in the fully stocked kitchen to share at our family thanksgiving down the road. Will definitely be back when we’re next in town.

Great get away!

Very nice and clean. Love the fact that we each had a bath towel for every day of our stay. Small thing , but we stayed in Louisville prior to this stay and we had to spend our vacation time washing towels! Definitely would stay here again. Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable, Cozy, Accessible

We stayed one day. It was easy to get in and out as the front door was only 6 feet from parking spot. Inside was very cozy and it had all the amenities you could need. We would stay here again.

Adorable and convenient!

We spent a chill weekend in Georgetown to celebrate our anniversary in beautiful horse country and wanted to visit some distilleries in the area. This property is super clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. We were able to walk to restaurants downtown and enjoyed scenic drives to nearby distilleries.

Surprise Birthday Getaway

What a perfect place. Beautiful accommodations set within the gorgeous town of Georgetown just walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. Short drives to the local farms/ranches/riding stables and within distance to Louisville and Lexington for day trips. I would choose this place again and recommend to our family and friends who want to experience exquisite equine relaxation. Thank you!!!

Exceptional!

Apartment was extremely clean and felt like home. Fantastic location with easy access. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. Local Feed a farm to table was across the street but was the only commercial property. Across the street was a park. I would recommend this location and if we are in the area again will stay there. Note: they did not have kitchen towels and there is no dishwasher.

First of all, this condo in Georgetown was a great location for our daily outings to the KY Horse Park, Old Friends Retired Racehorse Farm, the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Tennis Open. We also went to Lexington for a ghost tour and Lexington Legends baseball game. Georgetown has that comfy small-town vibe, and we felt safe walking around town. This condo is clean, wonderfully decorated and just a pure delight to stay in. The TV is easy to use and automatically goes to all the streaming channels such as YouTube and Netflix. No sign in hassles! For coffee lovers, there are K cups and ground coffee options. Laundry detergent is provided. All appliances are brand new and easy to use. Stay here, you won't regret it!
