Nice place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. 5-ish minute walk to a few different bus stops which made getting to downtown super easy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cooking supplies, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for three adults. We also loved the location. Libby was so attentive. She came and fixed a burnt out fuse quickly. She also provided excellent local recommendations for dining. We would absolutely recommend this rental!

What a great location. Located in the mature setting of the U-District. You get a quite retreat from the noise of the city. Walking distance to UW made it ideal for those visting the campus. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The apartment was clean and we had no complaints.

This property is a quiet downstairs walk-out apartment, with all amenities as described and in good working order. Our family found the residence comfortable. The location is on a very very steep street and many people with mobility issues would find it very difficult to access. This was not mentioned in the description and I think it is pertinent information. We were in town to visit elderly family who would not have been able to get to the apartment safely.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the four of us and it had a modern feel with a great kitchen and bathroom. We had everything we needed and had a very relaxing Christmas.

Libby’s place was perfect for our visit to Seattle! She was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. The apartment is very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space in general was delightful. We will check to see if her place is available next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed during our trip. Hosts were very responsive for any needs. Price and convenient Seattle location makes this our go to VRBO for future visits.
