This is a 1 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath unit with Bunk Area. AMAZING beachfront views of the Emerald Coast. Perfect family friendly condo, Sleeps 5 (King Bed in Master, twin bunks in the hallway, couch in living area).

This 2nd floor condo offers incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your private balcony. This unit also features stainless appliances, air fryer, coffee maker, along with all of the dishes, pots/pans, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The unit is close to restaurants such as AJ's Oyster Shanty, Stewby's Seafood, and Ice Cream. It's a short drive to the Boardwalk at Okaloosa Island that has multiple restaurants and shopping, and just 8 miles to Destin's HarborWalk Village which offers loads of fun and activities.

We really enjoyed this condo! Communication with the owner was great and the view is amazing! We have stayed in this same building before but this condo was even nicer than our last stay.

Perfect couples getaway! Condo was as pictured! Clean upon arrival, didn’t even feel sand on the floors, which is hard to get done. Kitchen well stocked, even had disposable sheets for the air fryer. Bed was comfortable but can get warm with the memory foam topper. Appreciated the room darkening window coverings, extra nice towels (plenty of them) and the beach extras to use if you wish(chairs , umbrella, mats, and beach towels) even though the service is provided

Fantastic Vacation Experience

We loved everything about this condo. The location was great and the beach was beautiful. The covered parking and included beach chairs were bonuses we hadn't had in other condo rentals, and we loved them. The condo was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Nice clean condo with great view

Property was extremely clean and neat when we got there. Seemed to have everything we needed. Loved the covered parking and closeness to the beach. Bed was soft for my bad back but that was just me. Elevator was a bit too noisy to sleep so we just ran a fan. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and had a wonderful view of the water. Parking was covered and close to the elevator as well as the condo was steps from the elevator. Great location towards the end the of the beach which made for ideal days spent at the beach with no crowd to fight. Jessica was super helpful and we would be happy to stay here again!

Clean and spacious

The condo was clean and spacious. Large balcony. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper (possibly Charmin- not thin Scott tissue), bags, and dish detergent were provided. All of the dining seats were high tops. Very plush mattress (I prefer a firm mattress but each person is different).

Anniversery trip

Condo was clean and well stocked. Not as close to restaurants as i was hoping not really any walkable distance but other than that it was a good location. Beach service included was also a big plus.

Wonderful condo!

We had a great time at this condo. The views are beautiful, the pool was great, the access to the beach was very easy. The host was wonderful with communication. She was quick to respond to my questions and checked on us as soon as we arrived. The condo is right off the elevators which is nice with all the luggage. The condo is roomy. The best part was how incredibly comfortable the couch and beds were. The only complaint we had was the condo was not deep cleaned when we arrived. There was a lot of sand on the floors, the counters were dirty, the bathroom sink had toothpaste residue,etc. But I will say, I did not tell the host because we were already there and just glad to be in the condo. I’m sure she would have helped in any way possible. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend the condo!

Great place for a relaxing family vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were very happy with the pool and the access to the beach. The kitchen allowed us to make some meals after spending all day in the sun! Owner Jessica was very prompt when I had questions. We absolutely recommend staying at this unit!

Perfect!

From the layout to the view this condo is perfect! It’s presented exactly as in photos and Jessica checked in to make sure everything was going well. The beach service is an added plus along with the extra beach chair on balcony. We can’t wait to come back!

My favorite at pelican isle!

I have stayed at pelican isle for 4 years in a row all in different units, this one was by far my favorite! The decor was nice and cozy, the couch was cozy and my goodness that king size bed was THE comfiest bed I've ever slept in! The dryer dries super fast too even with all the beach towels loaded in which is a huge plus. The unit owner was so nice and friendly! We actually got there early and we called the unit owner and she picked up her phone the first ring and gave us early access to the property. Better book this soon before it's not available because it is great!

Precious Condo; Precious Owner!!!

First of all, I cannot say enough great things about Jessica and her attention to detail!! Everything was super easy and a total pleasure doing business with her! Second, this condo is P E R F E C T !!! When we walked in, it seemed to wrap its arms around us and welcome us in! There are no negatives. We stay in this area at least 3 times a year; we will definitely be back!! Book this place for your Vacay and I can guarantee you’ll be so happy you did!!

Loved our stay

This is a beautiful, clean room with a perfect view of the beach. Resort was quiet, has a nice pool, and great location to restaurants/shopping/activities. We were appreciative of the covered parking and beach service. The owners made the check-in/check-out process easy and are available if needed. We would love to stay again.

We are new condo owners at Pelican Isle on Fort Walton Beach. We are a family of 5 and after years of traveling to the white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island we decided we wanted to own our own little piece of paradise and share the beaches we love so much with others.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Pelican Isle is in a perfect location. Close to amenities yet quiet and toward the end of the island with less traffic. It is perfect for a couples get-a-way, or to bring the kids and enjoy playing in the sand and searching for shells. Our unit offers some board games and puzzles if you want to spend some time indoors, as well as a personal TV for each of the beds, which our kids LOVE!

We have been told our condo is so inviting and homey with newly updated decor. Covered parking is a huge perk as you are steps away from your vehicle and don't have to worry about a little rain when coming and going to your vehicle.
