Great for family

We had an amazing time, spacious for a family of 9. Kids had an amazing time at both pools the one in the town house and the one at the community. Very peaceful.

I had a great stay at this rental in Kissimmee, Florida over the weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and close to all the major attractions. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

**HOME & LOCATION WAS GREAT**

HOUSE WAS GREAT-NO ISSUES! PROPERTY MANAGER HARD TO GET ON THE PHONE DURING CHECK IN AND TRYING TO REACH IN REGARDS TO OTHER ISSUES LIKE TV OPERATIONS AND THE DRYER QUIT WORKING WHILE WE WERE THERE.OVER ALL OK!

Great Family Experience

I stay was wonderful and near the venues we wanted to visit and provide some of products and supplies we needed to make it family friendly. I would strongly suggest that you have the couches replaced since ir shredded the entire time we were there and more towels to provide for those enjoying the pool attached to the property.

Our family had a great stay at this house. Nicely decorated and clean. We have a beach house rental so we know how important it is to have a nice property for your guests. House was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Nice warm pool for the kids to swim in. Would return back here again. There were a few things missing that we would of liked to have(for example, salt & pepper) but doesn't effect our review of the place.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the mattress of the master bedroom is horrible, we could not sleep on it.

Great Space

My family, which includes 6 children had plenty of space in this property. It was clean and we enjoyed the water park on-site several times. The pool is quite small but was enjoyed by my younger children. Although, the unit is in need of a good cooking pan and you need to bring your own salt and pepper, a few trash bags and several dishwasher pods we enjoyed our stay.

Great rental

Location was good. Close to everything but far enough away for down time. Rental was clean and worked well for us. Suggestion it would be nice to have some more towels. Need to be looked at: The bathroom in master bedroom has a light that flickers. On left side middle light.

Great family vacation!

Our family found this property to be just the perfect spot for our winter vacation. We have 4 children ranging in age from 16 to 5 yrs old and we all had a great time. Easy drive to all the parks and shopping. Lots of great restaurants. The adorable pool was so much fun for the kids to jump in whenever they wanted while I lounged with a book (we paid to have it heated and it was like a giant hot tub b/c the weather ended up being quite warm for Feb.). The community pool area was also just a 5 minute walk away and was loads of fun. My sons were happy to just pop up there and shoot hoops for awhile or play putt-putt. The layout of the condo itself was very convenient and quite large. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Stay!

The property was just as described and our family of 7 made so many memories! The place was super clean, beds were comfortable, check-in/check-out process was smooth and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the communal club house. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Good but could be better

The house was great, lots of space and a great central location. Only a few things bothered us. First was someone came to fill the pool in the morning, we went out that afternoon and evening but when we came back the water was still running! It was trickling in but it was filled to the edge and if we didn’t shut it off it would’ve flooded. Also the person who was working on the pool came into the house at some point because when we came back there was water and dirty foot prints all over the floor between the back door and the fridge. The other thing was we asked for an 11:00 check out versus 10:00 and they denied it, to me it’s only an hour and I asked plenty in advance we still couldn’t do it. Overall it was a good stay but it could be better with a few small changes.

Perfect for large family!

This place was amazing! Just as gorgeous as the photos. Our family of ten had a wonderful stay with enough beds for everyone. Resort was a quick walk and the kids loved the private pool!

Nice Home!!! NOT ENOUGH TV'S..

The Home was nice and clean each bathroom of 4 had an ex roll of toilet paper dish soap and 2 trash bags were provided which was very very helpful most Vacation companies only provide 1 roll of TOILET paper...Communication with the Management or owner not sure who it was but it was extremely excellent always Quickly to Respond I only had a few Wishes one that TV's would have been in all bedrooms not just 2 the livingroom had a TV Neither Downstairs Bedrooms had TVs I'm so use to having a TV TO GO TO SLEEP WHERE I WENT TO WALMART TO GET ONE AFTER STANDING IN LINE 35 MINS TO CHECKOUT I LEFT THE LINE & TV...COMMUNITY IS NICE WITH SEVERAL COMMUNITY POOLS FITNESS CENTER BASKET AND VOLLEYBALL AREAS..

Great location!

This was the perfect home base for our Florida vacation. We had two teenage girls who enjoyed the freedom that the area allowed. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time.

Great Stay but ..

It was a great stay. The only problem was with the cleaning service that arrived on the day of check out . They were very rude , banging on the doors well before it was time to leave the property and they hassled us while we were leaving. I’m sure this holds no reflection on the actual property owners but be advised still !
