Flip Flops à Garden City Beach est proche de nombreuses attractions tout en étant proche de toute l'action à Myrtle Beach. Spacieux 2400 pieds carrés 5 cac. 4. 5 ba. qui a un grand salon qui se connecte avec la salle à manger et la cuisine afin que tout le monde puisse se réunir pour les repas ou simplement se détendre et regarder la télévision sur un grand écran plat LCD. Les chambres ont tous de nouveaux matelas confortables et une nouvelle literie. 3 lits King dans les suites Master, 2 lits Queen, 1 double 3 simples pour dormir 15 personnes. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable avec des comptoirs en granit et est très bien équipée pour tous vos besoins. De nombreux petits appareils électroménagers (mélangeurs, plaques chauffantes, gaufrier, cafetières et un Keurig, grille-pain, casseroles à rôtir) remplis d'extras pour que vous ne soyez pas sans. Refroidisseur de vin et de boisson supplémentaire pour vos boissons. Nous avons une connexion Wi-Fi sécurisée et un téléphone fixe avec interurbain gratuit. TV / DVD dans chaque chambre.
Flip Flops a des ventilateurs de plafond dans 4 chambres et salon. Luminaires encastrés tous avec gradateurs pour donner une sensation confortable. Salle de lavage a une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur avec fer et planche à repasser. Flip Flops est à 4 maisons de l'accès à la plage au bout de la rue. Vous avez une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis les balcons avant pour commencer ou terminer votre journée. Vous avez votre propre piscine privée chauffée 9X20 avec douche chaude / froide. La piscine a 7 chaises longues et table de pique-nique et parasol. Grand barbecue au charbon de bois surdimensionné et une autre table de pique-nique pour manger en plein air.

La plage de Garden City est une plage familiale située à seulement 13 km au sud de Myrtle Beach. Les tongs viennent d'être mises sur le marché locatif après avoir été nouvellement décorées et stockées pour répondre à tous vos besoins. C'est à 1-2 minutes à pied de la plage ou vous pouvez louer la voiturette de golf et monter à la plage et à la jetée pour la pêche. Près de Walmart et de nombreuses épiceries, restaurants, golf et centres commerciaux. Marché commun est à seulement 15 minutes. Murrells Inlet a les meilleurs restaurants célèbres pour ses fruits de mer à seulement 15 minutes pour dîner. Il y a de nombreuses attractions nocturnes telles que des spectacles, des comédies musicales, des manèges, des manèges pour enfants, des tyroliennes à proximité.

Awesome house and we loved everything that it came with it! So convenient to have chairs, beach carts, linens and towels, plus all of the kitchen supplies provided! We are used to renting at the Jersey shore and have to pack all of that. The adults loved that each room had its own bathroom and everything was just perfect. Meticulously decorated as well. Would definitely book again.

This house was exactly as pictured and spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook real meals for a big group, which made a huge difference over the week. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, which matters a lot when you’ve got three generations under one roof.Location was ideal: just a block from the beach, and close enough to walk to a few restaurants and drive to the activities in the area. The host was friendly and responsive, and checked in to make sure that we were all set. We’d book this one again without hesitation.

Great House / Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. It's a great house at a great location (a block from the beach; and a very short drive to stores/churches/etc.). Cathy was very responsive through out the entire process and very helpful. Would definitely re-rent this house if we return to the area.

Garden City House close to Beach

We loved the house. Big enough we can spread out some if we need to. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pans and dishes. We only ate out 2 times so it worked good for our family! We stayed here in 2021 and loved it them too!

Family Vacation

Flip Flops was a great house for our large family vacation. Each group had their own room/bathroom and the kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were so nice to do some reading and chatting. The pool was great and we used it multiple times per day. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We could easily walk or take a couple golf cart trips to carry our things if needed.

Spring Break Baseball Tournament

We had a great spring break at the property. There were 3 families staying at the house for a baseball tournament. The house was a great size to accomodate all three families. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to grocery shopping. Even the baseball locations and restaurants were close. Fun week!

We had a great vacation and the house was perfect for us. This house is great. It has everything you need and is very clean. We loved it overall . The only things to note for other travelers would be : the pool is very small but it does the trick to cool off. Also rent your own golf cart the one available to rent at the house is very slow and only fits 4 but would totally recommend this house and would stay again!

Flip Flops Family Vacation July 8 thru July 15, 2023

We enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops very much. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. My family likes a place to be clean so we very much appreciated that. There was plenty of room for the 9 adults and two children. And the dining/living/kitchen area was very nice and large enough to easily accommodate all of us. The distance to the beach was only a short walk or you could use the golf cart which we did rent and shuttled our beach stuff back and forth. Very good restaurants nearby with great seafood. Enjoyed our vacation very much with all our immediate family and Flip Flops was a very important part of that experience. The pool was very clean and nice. We liked the privacy of our own pool. Hope we can stay at Flip Flops sometime in the future. Also, Cathy was a very kind and gracious host and answered all our questions very promptly. She made our reservation experience very easy. Great Location

Upon arrival the house was clean and orderly and very inviting. We had ample space for every family member to move around and we never felt confined or over crowded. The front porch was a great place to sit and have our morning coffee. Road noise was very minimal making it enjoyable to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The only downside of the porch was a large palm tree blocking the view of the ocean but could be easily rectified with a little tree trimming. The pool is s a nice feature and the grandkids enjoyed it but was unable to stay in very long due to the pool temp being set only at balmy 73 degrees. The pool man said that the owners have to give him permission to turn the heater on. This was my only downfall during our stay at the property. The location also makes for a very easy and leisurely stroll to the beach. Cathy McClure is an outstanding host and a very personable woman ensuring that the house was in order for our arrival. She made you feel comfortable and answered questions promptly. I didn’t feel as “just another” renter making everything relaxing. Thank you Cathy!! We definitely would consider staying again. Scott, I'm so sorry about you being upset about the pool temperature. My pool guy is not suppose to turn on unless someone has paid for it. It is an additional charge for the pool heat. So if and when you decide to come back please get with me about heating the pool. I wish you had called me personally about it. We had an amazing stay at Cathy’s beach house! The home was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well cared for. The host was incredibly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house was stocked with so many thoughtful extras that made our vacation even more enjoyable. There were multiple beach wagons and carts, tons of beach chairs, and more sand toys than our kids could ever use. Best of all, it was an easy walk to the beach, which was perfect for our family who ranged from 3 yrs old to 50 yrs old. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely rent this home again. Highly recommend!

We are a family that has been vacationing in Garden City for 20 years. We loved the area and dreamed of buying a beach house in this area. We love the warmer water of the south carolina beaches. We were blessed with the opportunity to buy our own house finally. Now we just hope to share the experience with others

Location! Location!Flip Flops house has a private heated pool and close access to the beach. We have been coming to Garden City for 25 years and love the area. Its near all the fun and activities for the family without the crowd of Myrtle Beach. We love the family feel of Garden City. Garden City is close to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer within a 15-20 minute drive.

We are just steps to the beach with access at end of street.
We are very attentive to keeping the house clean and up to date. Having a fresh and clean house for each guest is a priority to us.
We have 3 king beds that have private bathrooms. Very comfortable sleeping. We have put great detail and attention to making your stay a memorable vacation experience.
The kitchen is thoroughly stocked for any guest that plans on cooking.
